Welding on the lathe can't be good for the bearings...

The ball/sphere was built in 2 pieces to reduce friction at the factory. To reduce friction and last longer. Now that you welded the sphere halves together. You basically made it worse. It's tight now! but for how long? I understand it's good enough to make a profit. But it's not correct.

Using such a part is suicide. Not to mention that welding on the lathe has ruined the bearings. I have a 23 year old Ford Focus, and paid 230 Brazilian Reais for a brand new TRW ball joint, an the one from the factory had a hole on the boot.

Is it worth a life if the ball joint suddenly goes and your car is out of control. If yes go ahead and repair it. It's your life.

السلام عليكم بهائ آپ میں ویڈیو بنانے پر بہت محنت کی اپ کے کام میں دو تین غلطیاں ہیں اپ نے اندر کی سیل کب فٹ کی اور رات کے سائیڈ والی جگہوں پر بے تحاشہ گریس استعمال کی جب کہ وہاں پر صرف اسٹیرنگ ائل استعمال ہوتا ہے اور اپ نے باہر کے پائپ نہیں کھولے چھوٹے پائپ کھولنے کی سورۃ میں اپ اس کا پریشر وہیں پر صحیح سے چیک کر سکتے ہیں اگر سیٹنگ کے دوران کوئی سیل لیک ہو گئی تو اس کا وہیں پر پتہ چل جائے گا پریشر چیک کرنے سے گریس صرف گراری اور پیرنگ والی جگہ پر استعمال کرنی چاہیے میں نے اج تک کئی 100 علبے یعنی اسٹیرنگ اسمبلی سیٹ کیے ہیں کم از کم الحمدللہ پانچ سات سال سے پہلے کبھی دوبارہ نہیں کھلا اور کبھی فٹ کرنے کے بعد اللہ کی مہربانی سے دوبارہ کھولنا نہیں پڑا
