He'd been poisoned, he'd been strangled, he'd been shot 5 times in the head and stabbed 15 times in the back And what was the conclusion of the police He was dead
I saw John Pertwee walking along Baker Street in the late 1980s. Said hello and smiled, lovely chap. What struck me was his physicality. Im 6ft 1" but he was an absolute giant, towering over everyone and looking like a model in his dark green suit and shock of long white hair. Just a great man and a very committed father who gave everything for his family
He was only 6'2".
A giant. Physically and culturally. Good man. Missed
John Pertwee brilliant Dr.
Lovely man
Thank you Nataliief & Guthlaxton! AH's 2007 Brass Band revised version of Saturday Market & AH's arrangement of the same for orchestra are both available from Westfield Music.
This was from 1983 christmas show, not 1984.
I didn't know he was a Doctor Who. I knew him only from Worzel Gummidge.
Twenty points off of Ravenclaw. Wait till Miss McGonagall hears of this.
It's funny he talked about getting into a Vauxhall 30-98, and that became Bessie, but they don't look like Bessie, and least not the ones I saw in pictures. I looked up Bessie and the info I found says it was an Austin.🤔That said, I enjoyed this interview.
RIP Jon Pertwee (July 7, 1919 - May 20, 1996), aged 76 You will be remembered as a legend.

Great interview. Love Jon Pertwee. He was my first Doctor. I've never missed Doctor Who since. It's a programme I have grown up with and still watch and will watch until I die. I'm 61 this year. Doctor Who is 60 in November. I just love it.
❤
He was lucky he missed H.M.S HOOD
I'd almost forgotten this interview but as soon as he came out of the TARDIS with the red nose I knew what his first words would be! "It's the comic relief Doctor!" It came back after twenty or thirty years. It so good to see him here. What a wonderful interview.
What a lovely man actor and brilliant Doctor.
Love Jon Pertwee. He was my first Doctor. Loved him. Great actor. Much missed. Thanks for the memories Jon.
Five years as doctor who
Don't remember this one
“Where do you think you’re going, ya’ bleeding g**!!!??”
What a lovely man.
Tom Baker was better! 😂
No one cares.
Simply the best Dr Who, ever! - period
Actually he is my least favourite. Followed by Davidson. I dont count anything post Matt Smith. Best Doctors were mccoy, tom baker and hartnell.
My Favorite .. John Pertwee was such a talented man.. Miss him ;-)
Bring back Aunt Sally with real name Una Stubbs and laugher Jon Pertwee and remembering the third Dr Who Series with Sarah Jane. Remembering the Old Wozel for Crowman and a slice of tea and a cup of cake and rest in peace Jon Pertwee and Terry Wogan and I miss um with the Purley gates👼✔
Like a vision of Hell...
Imagen if doctor who met worzel
I've no idea why some of them are broken right from the beginning...
It's interesting that in this interview, Wogan already refers to Doctor Who as a show in the past tense when he makes the reference to Star Wars, when in fact Doctor Who was still on at this point and was only cancelled later in the same year as this interview.
I liked Colin's doctor but lost all respect when he went way OTT when witless became the doctor even photoshoped his head on to her costume.
What a wonderful man
I feel like I’m going insane watching this
Real Gent ❤️
As a well known coward and Sci Fi fan I get very scared of Daleks . But the whole movie put the shivers up me.
Legend. R.I.P. Jon.
Better than JNT's televised Dr Who garbage for sure.
What a lovely interview: both men sadly missed
Loved worzal ❤❤❤❤❤
Love this man. A hoot to watch. Love him doing different voices... A gentleman.
Can you try to Remaster the theme music
Why can't we see some of these episodes on TV these days?! Horror Channel showed a few around 3 years ago.
THE Doctor!!! Pertwee was unmissable as the Doctor. Thankfully though I never watched Worzel Gummidge.
you missed out badly - genius portrayal
The last Battle of the Last Great Time War...
The BEST Doctor Who. No-one has come close.
What a wonderful man.
Best Doctor ever until Tom Baker came along. Still love his Doctor to bits.
I have the Two Ronnies on DVD.
What a cool dude. A great Doctor, and awesome actor! RIP Mr Pertwee, us Whovians miss you
How can you not love this man 💕
