I am sitting in one now. Need new rear subframe rubbers though, the rear bushing on the diff is torn. These cars are highly underrated and only because of their looks. Yet the steering rack is faster and doesn't have the rear mounting point issues. The biggest downside is they never made an M version because at release people didn't want the car. Now if I look at the BMW pig lineup of today than the fuss of back than seems a little silly. It can always get worse than just a pair of ugly headlights. 😅

Any amount of power would be enough in this winter's driving conditions here in Finland. I have a 318ti automatic and it's sideways if you even think about pressing the gas pedal.

We always checked if there is a car coming from the other side. The camera guy gave us a thump up when the corner was free. It was risky but we started slowly and only risked our own cars not others.

Oh yes, that was a lot of fun man, it was so satisfiying driving fast in this car on the Nordschleife. You really feel that a BMW wants to be driven hard :D

Ja ich weiß. Es liegt am Handy...das Mikro ist totaler Schrott. Ich muss mir mal ein gutes anschaffen oder eine Kamera.

Ich denke nicht mal, dass es das Mikro ist. Klingt nach der Kompression durch das Videoformat, da würde ein externes Mikro nicht helfen. Schau mal, ob Dein Handy ne andere Einstellung für die Audiospur oder für's Speicherformat hat. Ansonsten: Durchhaltevermögen hast Du ja, wenn Du 25 min mit dem Handy filmst, und die Stelle ist auch genial. Ich schau also nach der nächsten Rallye wieder hier rein ;-)

Es liegt wirklich am Mikro. Jedes Video was ich damit drehe hört sich so an. Habe das Handy auch mal deswegen eingeschickt deswegen. Habe dann ein neues bekommen und kein Unterschied :/ Bei der Kamera sind nur wenige Einstellungen und leider keine die mit Audio oder dem Speicherformat zutun hat :( Zeit für ein neues Handy. PS: 3 Stunden vor Rennbeginn da sein und man hat ne super Stelle zum filmen :)
