Aventurine Crystal Ring
The aventurine crystal is associated with luck, success, and opportunities. It is also believed to have calming effects and will bring harmony into your life. It's one of my favorite crystals! Hope you enjoy the video and please always feel free to leave questions and comments! I will try my best to respond to everyone. Have a nice day!
~About Me~
One day in art class, I picked up a piece of wire that was about to go in the trash can.
I went home and looked up some tutorials for wire rings. I was hooked immediately by how many intricate designs wire can achieve. My crafting journey took off from there and I love to explore many mediums and styles.
I've been super honored to make jewelry for thousands of people around the world through my online shop. Check it out down below :)
Love,
Dani

    Hi! Any tips on how to wrap the wire more tightly?

    • @danicattreasures4457
      @danicattreasures4457 3 роки тому

      Yes! Getting “dead soft” wires to practice with can help. You can also leave a longer piece of wire, which will make it easier to wrap. But most importantly it’s just practice :)

    Hey does the wire rust, if used under water?

    • @danicattreasures4457
      @danicattreasures4457 3 роки тому

      It will rust since it’s metal but if you get sterling silver, tarnish should be able to be cleaned off :)

    If I want to make these with 925 silver wire, do you have a specific brand/product you recommend? Amazon has “dead soft” and “half hard” and idk what that means 😅

    • @danicattreasures4457
      @danicattreasures4457 3 роки тому

      Half hard is better for more sturdy rings but it might be harder for you to wrap the wire. Dead soft is a bit too soft and can lose its round shape if you wear it too much, but it can still work and is easier to wrap. I would go with half hard or soft depending on how confident you are in your skills :) Hope this helps.

    my rings always bend and arent perfect circles and it really bothers me :( When I’m looping the wire round and round my fingers screw up the perfect circle. any tips?

    • @danicattreasures4457
      @danicattreasures4457 3 роки тому

      Try using a round marker instead and make sure that you’re bending in the direction of the original wire loop! You’re essentially shrinking the original loop to smaller loops. Don’t force the wire to bend, just guide it gently with your fingers. Hope this helps! ❤️🥰
