@@philippkarner_ Hi Philipp I have a question do you think sucralose is worse than Stevia? I was reading some stuff that Stevia can be bad for testosterone as well? So many protein powders have this stuff in it seems counter productive to muscle growth if it affects your hormones.
@@paulhill6034 I try to stay away from Sucralose. There have been many studies suggesting that it is not healthy for the gut (and may actually increase sugar cravings) and artificial sweeteners generally are better to stay away from. As much as possible. (Unless someone is overweight and addicted to regular soda, then switching to sugarfree sweeteners can help with weight loss.) But otherwise, I think a little every once in a while is okay. I used to drink Diet Coke like water and I don't do that anymore. I've also heard about the new Stevia claims but I still think it's a lot safer than Aspartame and Sucralose. But now I don't drink any sodas at all and I don't put any sweetener in my coffee at all. The only bit of Stevia I consume is in my Whey Protein powder...

Only take copper if you're deficient.(Or take it with Zinc at a 10:1 ratio. 20 mg Zinc and 2mg Copper for example) Moringa and NAC you can always take. Many other benefits...

Don't take too much zinc without taking copper as well, google it. Copper is also important and too much zinc can cause copper deficency
Yes absolutely. Should be close to a 10 to 1 ratio. 15 mg Zinc, 1,5 mg Copper for example.

TBH... It's more a factor of your DNA than shortage of a minerals.I have seen people younger than me have grey hair and I have a more stressful time than them.
Genetics definitely play a big part... but lifestyle and nutrition do as well.
Or ya know, you could just eat a proper human diet and get plenty of all 5 different types of collagen from meat, or beef bone broth, or eggs. Instead of taking it in a synthetic; less bio-available form.

the hydrogen peroxide may be a reason why my hair greyed a lot faster in my mid 40s as i was doing a hydrogen peroxide treatment with food grade peroxide for a few months. I didn't know that until I heard this video.

Yes that's a combination of Magnesium and Glycine. I prefer to take them separately since I like to take 4-5 grams of Glycine daily...

They are both great for hair growth and testosterone in general. But I haven't read much about their specific benefits in restoring hair color.

Yes of course you can take copper every 2 days. Especially if you don't know if you're deficient. You might not be in the first place. So less copper is definitely better.

I cook my own beef (sometime I throw in duck bones) bone broth regularly, and take it every day. My GF is a fish eating vegetarian, but I at least convinced her to take collagen powder, bone broth was a big no no for her.

No. I wouldn't take more than 6mg daily. I know a lot of supplements out there are with much higher dosage. But currently I include wheat germ in my diet and get Spermidine that way. (And much cheaper than Supplements...)

No I don't have any. I don't think there is one out there. I would try L Theanine first. Glycine you can always take since it offers many other benefits as well.
Right now I do green tea & elderberry in my drink mix. The next day I do Gynostemma Tea & elderberry. It's for energy. Do a round of pearl powder at night.
