I've been geeting up before dawn for as long as I can remember. Never did have an alarm clock it just comes naturally I guess.
First one here opens the shop. Everyone here is like family so they all have the keys. If I can't trust them then they can't work here.
Most of these guys have been here for years. There are a few that are the second generation in their family working for Thomas and a many that have been here for over a decade. Like I said family. We actually know and care about everyone that works here. We don't hire unknown people with mysterious backrounds and fake identification. If I won't let them in my home I won't let them on your property.
My son works here, he's the third consecutive generation Thomas to become a roofer. You might say we were born and put on this earth to roof.
