Noo, the Omi aro( the black solution she was staring and later poured is the solution made from Coco pod ash and it serves as lye but it is called pottassium carbonate while lye is called pottassium carbonate, this is a natural alkaline agent from ash

@@lespepitesdeline you can search for it on internet, I have seen sooo many of it, just get your ash from the wood and...., Search for how to make pottassium carbonate at home...
@@goodnews2311 , Thank you very much. I will for sure...😉
No lye it's the aro that replace the lye
I have so much respect for my African sisters because they work so hard to produce soaps that oftentimes I don’t even bother to think 🤔 about what it takes to make for me to be clean 💯💜💯
what kind of paint is she coating the pot with
She is not using paint but red soil like we have white type there is red too so it's soil too but red one
You can purchase this soap at your local African store or Amazon

Maybe because it’s not a lot of people buying it or they sell it for a low price
@@lateefajohnson61 or they r being ripped off... it's da women that r doing da hard work...
They may not be rich with materials but rich with the land and their culture, they may be content just how they are who knows?
That's what's wrong with us we give up everything.
Nicole Ryan lol
My mom is from a place where they make it. I was recently told that many of the older women who make it are dying off and their kids don't want to be bothered with continuing the art. They'd rather run to big cities like Lagos or Ibadan to work menial or low level jobs. I was really saddened by that.
Susan Majek it's a big challenge out society is facing... Our aim is to preserve our heritage. For the girls, we have a STEM program for rural girls.. Kindly send mail to us at info@ibileproductions.com or ibileproduction@gmail.com if you have any information on how we can help in your community. Thanks
This is hard work and I support these women, however it is so hard and the white man or men in general want to make all the money off their labor, it sucks... But I would buy straight from them without the middle man!...
That's the problem with this society. These young people want everything easy.......with the right machines this can work without the intense manual labour
@@Leela_L How about you get off your keyboard and source this wonderful, labor saving, machine you speak of? I forget... you are a keyboard activist. You have all the answers so long as you can sit behind your computer screen and type out solutions to the world's problems.
