Help. I need advice please. Im right handed, but have lost most of the movement in my right hand due to arthritis, so I mostly try to sign one handed, as much as possible. (I'm just a beginner learner) how can I improve my signing efficiency? Unfortunately, my left hand also has arthritis, just not as severe. But i AM learning. 😊

This is the hard answer...it's just time and practice. One thought...do you warm up your hands before you begin? That may be a way to get your hands and your mind warmed up before you begin.
