I fill my pens like you’ve shown BUT the stickiness does not last 😞 I’m lucky if I can go an hour before needing to add more. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? I tend to be heavy handed when I place my drills

Exactly the info I needed! I got a kit today (my first) and I thought I had to dip the pen after each use, so I wasted a lot of wax today. Question: How do you turn those teeny tiny gems over when you put them in the tray and they have the flat side up? Thanks!

Hello. New to this hobby here! Please can you tell me after 5-6 uses of this pink wax in the single end pen, i noticed that pink wax is inside the plastic white part of the pen. I mean it goes up. How can we clean this wax?

Oh and no residue with glue dots. Yay

Glue dots will last one load for a whole canvas. If its too sticky just rub the tip on your shirt and wella. Great experience!

The way you load the pen with the blu-tack is Eve exact same way I load the regular wax! Hahaha. Wow, I figured I was doing that right!

Help please if i refill my pen my wax does not stay on. I just do two and then i must refill it again

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING US HOW TO LOAD THE PEN. I just got some of the Blu-Tack today and couldn’t figure out how to load my pen. I will try again tomorrow to see if I have better luck. I love diamond painting but I have tried pink wax, blue wax, another kind of tack stuff (forgot the name) but I just can’t seem to keep my pens sticky. Very frustrating.

Thank you so much for making this video! I just bought a kit from a company online, never mind who, and they didn't explain any of this in their very basic instructions. I was ready to give up because, first of all, I didn't realize there was a piece of plastic over the wax. So obviously, I was having a lot of trouble picking up the beads and I thought it was me. Fortunately, I found your video and that has made all the difference!

Do you have yo put glue on your project to get the diamonds to stay

I just started my first project. After I load my pen it doesn't seem to last very long. I do about 10-15 of them and it won't pick them up. I also have a problem loading the wax. It's quite frustrating... I am sure I am doing something wrong!

Just starting my diamond art hobby. My painting didn't have instructions and I've wasted a full square of wax by DIY lol but then it occured to me to check on here, I've watched a few and was still clueless. This video nailed it in an easy to learn way thank you very much!! Now to find out how to use these multi ones and maybe invest in one 😂

that's what the square thing is i was jabbing the diamonds with the pen tip thinking it was built to just have a suction cup effect then the tip broke so now i sprinkle the diamonds in the area where they go and use what's left of my pen to move them into place flip them over . my question is it common to have a lot of left over diamonds after completing the designated areas to a color
