I used to do this shit all the time in AC2 and Brotherhood. I would play a little game called "Toll Booth" where I'd choose a street or bridge and then pickpocket every civilian that went through it. There would always be a crowd of like 5 or 6 people ready to fight Ezio and I'd kick their ass every time, leaving a pile of writhing bodies every where That's what was fun about the old games: messing with the civilians. You couldn't kill, so you had to get creative. I would "mug" people in AC3 too. Hold up a gun til they got scared and cowered, then pickpocket them. I played my assassins like menaces 😂

If you had used a hidden blade, dagger or sword then it would show ezio did not kill civillians.

In AC2, my Monterigioni was hell for the civilians. I took it as a challenge once to knock out every civilian in the town so everywhere you looked there was someone in pain on the floor. The only people you can't knock out or kill are the courtesans for some reason so they must all be sages or something

In Revelations people do this a lot more often if you go on a pickpocket ing spree. You look behind and see a squad of people with knives.

The best thing about pickpocketing in this game is sometimes you can hit a jackpot on some NPCs and get more than 900 florins. I got lucky when I was just randomly pickpocketing.
