Just found your channel, so I’m late… but my favorite would be Woods of Ypres - Woods III

I love Days of the Lost a little bit better but this one is also great in my opinion and its 4/5 for me.

Solid review on the latest album from The Halo Effect. This band is what In Flames should've continued to sound like after Reroute to Remain IMO. It may be predictable but better than anything In Flames are doing now.

The Riot band seem to be plagued with some bad artwork, but the music is always great. Their latest made my best of 2024 list. That " Solitude Aeturnus " is on my want list as well. Great job with the Tag mate!.

bet that was hard .. theres only 2 that i consider a bit phoned in and sub par ie primordial and infernal but the rest are 10s for me so id have no hope of ranking them .... even those 2 are great

I’m a big SFU fan and I agree Warpath sucks balls idk what other fans see in it. Chris’s vocals are so voicey and sound more like aggresive talking than they do growling.

Also been listening to more Agalloch recently, pale folklore is amazing and my favorite album by them is always up in the air lol, everyday its a different answer, Also ur video reminded me I need to listen to more finnish black metal bc the only band I heard from that scene is oranssi puzuzu (which they're fucking great)

Even though I don’t listen to Sargeist and Horna anymore due to my personal grievances with certain members in both bands, I will have to admit that they paved the groundwork for bands like Spectral Wound to adopt their signature style and make it their own.

Agalloch's Pale Folklore is a classic from them. That and The Mantle are untouchable albums from them IMO. Good to see Sargeist, Horna and Baphomet.
