It was so great to watch this! Brian Proctor, who commented above, is my first cousin, so same story - Samuel and Margaret are our great-great grandparents. And it is the branch of the family for which we have the least info. My sister, Lauralyn Proctor, is the historian in the family and will surely be contacting Mike! 😊

My name is Brian Proctor. My great great grandfather was Samuel K Proctor. His son Samuel W proctor was my great grandpa, and his son Edgar was my grandpa. ❤

My great grandmother lived and worked on Oakley Farm. She lived in the little pinkish/red house on the property. She raised 4 children there, 2 boys and a set of twin girls. Im the only granddaughter of one of the twins. I'm really not sure if my great grandmother's and her descendents grew up there. But I suspect it's highly possible since her parents names are unknown she married very young and lived there until her passing in the early 1970s at around age 67 I believe. I found her death certificate online which was completely unexpected and a blessing. I would really like to help in anyway I can and hopefully find out anything about my genealogy. I was told she was of African and Native American Descent, but I'm almost positive she was a mix of European as well.

My great grandmother who was born in 1903 lived on Tyler lane. I live there for 6 months and went to HM person school in the early 90s family members still live there
