Why? The pack odds will be at lowest as they always are when big evens drop. Just wondering why you think it will increase your chances of pulling something good?

Content in general was bad in NHL 24 and they recycled cards over and over again. I will just go with cards I didn’t use and stop chasing meta, more fun and will allow me to use players I never did before. I hope content next year will be something we can like and enjoy, otherwise HUT will be dead again before Christmas.

@@DinoKrista Yeah I like size and play it from early on. I want them to give more love to lower level players this year and not only top tier players.

I think it’s a great idea but would not work for all modes as depends on what you play you want to see presentations. If we would be able to turn it on and off depending on mode I am all down to it

HUT don’t get any love year after year, EA don’t care about the mode. If you remove it the game will not get better or worse.

@@DinoKrista they get plenty of love, maybe not to gameplay, but the new hut packs and cards are advertised on their twitter, instagram, in the game etc, bc ppl keep giving them money for the hut points they dont improve the gameplay, same with madden and fifa

@@86cutty442 What love is HUT getting? In 24 we get moments - pointless addition in my opinion, there is nothing new for years. The content isn’t something new as it’s part of any UT. WOC gets way more attention than any other mode. People in the end of the day can spend their money like they want. Some go out every weekend and give it bars and clubs, some buy points. If you everyone would stop doing it, it would not change a thing and for sure EA would not make the game better because less revenue-less improvements.

You think it’s better from gameplay standpoint because HUT definitely was baaad ?

@@DinoKrista presentation standpoint number 1, feels like im in a real hockey game and is so detailed...whereas nhl from 20-24, barley show who scored the goal, no arena pa announcing the goal/penalty, no goalie replays...its just a lifeless presentation that doesnt immerse you at all. Game play wise, the puck feels like it actually has more real life physics in 14 than it does in 20-24. Honestly skating is too precise in 20-24 if you have ever skated, turns arent automatic like that, not even for McDavid. When it comes to HUT whenever they took out the old divisions system, that was the last time it felt fun imo. Overall I've hated the game immensely from 20-24...tho 24 was a better experience and 21 being the worst...I'm 44, I'll be a senior citizen when nhl is back to what it was in 14 and earlier lol This era sucks, even with the new devs.

Hey, thank you for watching and subscribing! 🩵 Spend your points in 27th and sell on Oct 4th ( that’s when consumables will sell ) the AH will go up and down and up again and should be the best around 8th Oct but it all depends on how instant rewards will work this year. I usually buy after everyone open rewards and sell when the new event drops because if cards are currency people will need fodder to make power up collectibles Hope this helped.

I do spend money every year but I only do it for content not to get advantage💯 This year my main account will be full NMS and 2nd account will be where I spend money and do pack related YT series.

@@DinoKrista spending money on packs sometimes occasionally is ok but I’m sure there are people who spend $1000 on packs immediately when the game comes out. I spent some money on packs on the game this year but I won’t do it when the game comes out since there won’t be any good cards out yet. I’ll wait until there’s a big event like toty.

I only justify my spendings because of content, no other reason to do it to be fair. I may spend 100 on day one to start my 2nd account and after see where it takes me. Eventually I will get enough coins to just stop doing it and work the market

Thank you! I think we all learned a thing or two in NHL 24. I will try and get some not meta players on my team this year and just enjoy different cards, will not chase PUI or TBs like I did last year.

I think the best is to get as much fodder as you can with your 4600 points and base / premium packs offer that, sell any card you get there and farm the coins. Indrasis is one of my all time favourite Latvian players 🥳

It’s all subjective, I do it this way every year and it works out well for me. I prefer to chase consumables instead of players early because it gives me coins, player value drops quickly but other things don’t usually, again NHL 25 may not even have Team builders or Power up icons. Everyone should do the way what works for them.

Of course you want it 😅 I am not a fan of presentations in general, for me the less is better. Maybe because I only play HUT and want to just play the game not watch something, who knows

@@DinoKrista haha and that is ok too! I just wish they would go back to have the option for people to have it on or off that way both parties are happy but we will see

On and off version would be an option or a possibility to skip the intros and animations so in that way HUT players could just jump into a game straight away

@@DinoKrista exactly and offline players could keep it on nhl 22 used to do that and then full presentation was removed which is why nhl 25 needs to have this option back especially now being on next gen only plus I would love to see some stuff back from the older games

That would be good for offline mode, online it would take forever to get to game.

This is a good point, the only time we see goalie saves when it’s a save of the period

I am as well but a lot of people do not like how empty it looks

I think they should give us objectives to do in NHL 24 to get some rewards in NHL25
