I lowered my m4 with springs and lasted 24 before i ordered ohlins … springs are trash like trash do it right do it once .

Assuming you run R&T suspension, Ohlins recommends 2-7 clicks for track. 5-10 clicks for winding roads and 10-20 clicks for street use with about 25mm lowering. By the looks you run a lot lower ride height, so you would automatically run stiffer than recommended. I think they are 15mm lower out of the box without adjustments. What is a nice bonus is that they are like 10kgs lighter than stock suspension. Ohlins is rather common here in Norway. I've seen them on everything for e30s to g80s
