How come the loop around the post did not seem all that tight? Is there a way to have that loop extremely tight around the post and then use the termination knot?

How do you tension the other side? Thank You.
Tie one end, go to other end tension good and tight with a wire tensioner of your choice and pull slack wire tight and tie off release tool and good.
