Is it harmful?
No a cervical sweep is not harmful. It is the most natural way of inducing labour and getting contractions started. However there are small risks associated with everything eg every time you have an examination there is a risk for infection. It is dependent on your dr/midwife and your pregnancy
What if you don't know u are pregnant and accidentally you got x-ray please answer
The best thing to do in that situation is contact your dr/midwife for advice as they are aware around the circumstances surrounding the need for you getting an x-ray

Hello mama , I am 20 weeks pregnant now i am also facing same situation my legs also swelling and foot are paining while I am walking, is there any problem please give me suggestions
Elevate your legs, drink plenty attend maternity assessment unit for assessment of swelling and pain. Also, wear trainers with a wedge to take pressure off the heels.
