Hi I’m Marian. Creator of Calm Mum Happy Baby. I’m dedicating to creating content to empower you to feel calmer, more confident and more in control during your pregnancy, birth and on into motherhood. Let me help you find your calm.
I am a working mother of two wonderful children. In the past five years I have lived through the highs and lows, the joy and the frustrations of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. The feelings of being overwhelmed, exhausted and uncertain. I have created videos that include the reassurances, the honesty and the positivity that I believe all mums need to hear.
Through relaxing guided meditations, music and positive words of reassurance I encourage you to focus on taking time for yourself. Time that will improve your mental health, energy and outlook. You will find resources for all stages of your motherhood journey.
