I had a mouse nest in my air cleaner housing. I wish to remove the box but can't. I removed the 2 10mm nuts but something else is holding the box down? Any ideas?

So my 15 Colorado is getting squirrelly with the AC switch. It shows the light like it’s on but isn’t unless I push the button really hard. Then it’s on until I change the fan speed which might cut it off. I wanna change the module like you did. Thanks for the video. I looked at Rock auto and there are several versions of these things. Rockauto shows part with number you gave but your big round buttons are different than mine. I don't have auto heat on right. Just manual. I think my left button is just manual fan . Lol I better look at it tomorrow.

I'm watching this video as I do the steps as shown. I got the P0300 / P0302 on my 2020 Colorado V6. It's only got 76k miles but I think I push-flooded the plugs by putting too much oil in her. Hoping I don't gotta do all the gaskets and seals too. I'm not exactly what I would call a mechanic. What could possibly go wrong? I'm about to take off the manifold~

I had my truck in for a service several years ago. The service writer pointed that a light was out. They wanted $500 to replace that thing. I did not fall for that. How much is that part?

I know this is about the location of the cam sensors, and you're doing God's work helping other DIY'ers save a bunch of cash, but I'd love to suggest just replacing all 4 and then the 4 VVT solenoids on the front of the covers. This is a very common set of codes that pop at around 50K miles and when one goes out, the others are just as well ready to fail as well. The Cam sensors are affordable IMO at around $15ea at the dealer or basically anywhere you can get 'em. I got one cam sensor from GM and it's an AC Delco part while the VVT solenoids are "GM". The VVT solenoids being changed may shock some when you see them for $70ea, but you can currently get GM brand replacements for $32 on Rock Auto which may soften the blow on those a bit. If I had the cover off to replace a cam sensor, I'd personally do all 4 sensors for sure. At the same time though, I'd go ahead and start buying some VVT solenoids and doing those at the same time if it's in your budget to do so, or just have one or two spare ready to go if you're anywhere around 50K miles. Pop the hood and look around those 4 front sensors. If you see some oil starting to gather just right around those things, they're trash and need pulled out. Everything needed to do this is the ever elusive 10mm. You MUST do an oil change if a P0021 or P0024 code pops and you replace the solenoid(s). There's a screen in there and a ball bearing some engineer thought was cool to have, and those can just disappear from the stupid thing and wander around in your engine. On about half of these VVT failures I've seen, the screen is just gone and I THINK the screen is also acting as the seat of the valve to rest on and not fall into the engine. No screen? There's your wandering bearing. TL/DR: Replace all 4 sensors and all 4 VVT solenoids. Dealerships want a major butt load of money to do this fairly easy task. If you have a warranty still, have them do it. And don't take any of this "you didn't use Dexos oil" crap if you change your own oil.

I’m getting a p0017 camshaft position bank 1 sensor B. Is that the exhaust or intake sensor on bank one? I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado! Any info would be appreciated

Before you replace the solenoids check this first. I ran across this comment on another video. On your display go to vehicle and scroll to the display showing voltage. Mine was showing 12.6 volts. I cleaned the battery terminals and the display shows 14.7 volts like it did in the past. The check engine light went out and has not come back on since. The P0019 code seems to be common on the 3.6 and I am curious if that voltage drop is what triggers that code.

Does translate to Canyon. Same engine, same set up. Thanks for size on socket for oil filter. Have 4x4. There are 2 skid plates. Bolts are also 15 mm. There are 6 bolts. The plates share 2 bolts back of plate/guard for radiators, front for plate/guard for oil pan. The plate for the oil pan is heavy. Mind your head.

That thing on the back right side is the Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve. Also, you're supposed to tighten the intake manifold from the center bolts and work your way out to the outside bolts. In a criss cross pattern. Good video other wise.

So when removing this cover the front and passenger side are T25 bolts and the back one I have no idea what it is. 10mm is too small. But nothing else will fit down inside.

Have you done transmission change ?

Did you need any gaskets or seals to do the job?

Do you have torque specs for every that comes off.
