@@Badgers_9 I like the fact you can see the laundromat advert better there. The reason I didn’t choose that configuration is the police station I feel is very American and Tudor corner is very British., it’s a hard building to place. 😁

@@planetdee3587 they are indeed. I started with the detectives office. I would have liked some of the earlier sets but they are way too expensive now. I try to limit myself to just a few themes but I keep getting seduced 😹😹

Its a very long arduous task i'm afraid. I always print the parts list first then go on lego.com's pick a brick service. Go through each element and order the required amount of pieces (takes a couple hours), some won't even be on there. Then I go on bricklink.com and order the remaining pieces I need (hopefully from a single independent seller). Then its just a matter of waiting for the parts to arrive. The uncommon parts take about a month from Lego.com so you will need to be patient. As for price it is expensive, even including the parts from the original set you are looking around £200-£250. Hope this helps :)

@@seejanebuild very true, a larger base with more plants and brickwork would have made the gwp more desirable . Eventually when I get constructing the Lego city I want to mils plate the whole thing and create a bigger arch like you suggested 😼

it is a custom. There is a full review on my channel. instructions are available to buy on rebrickable.com. I can not give you a total price as I used a lot of the pieces from the original diagon alley set but I can say it is not cheap.
