STRIVE project to feature at symposium
Project Manager Kaia Gamoga invites you to the 4th Annual Virtual Symposium on August 8 to learn about PNGIMR’s research on malaria surveillance under the STRIVE project.
Malaria is a serious health problem in PNG. It is also complex. There are four types of mosquitoes that cause infections. In some parts of the country, malaria is always present, and in other places, there are only occasional outbreaks. Through a system of sentinel sites, STRIVE makes it possible to detect transmission rates and alert authorities when outbreaks occur. STRIVE is a partnership with PNGIMR, the National Malaria Control Program, Burnet Institute and James Cook University.

I am so impressed firstly with the documentation and the informative production and secondly congratulate the team and also my son for the footage and the level of publicity selling the PNGIMR institution globally. I guess the link from here to another production would be prevention and more community involvement and their participation. Great work son keep it up.
