When i was in 3rd std in 1995 , my neighbors was electrician, he was having as non working WM 20. I admire this master piece as futuristic in compact design. it's nostalgic feeling to get on hand, which i wish to have on my hand. I was feeling somehow it can be fixed. That time i heard Dolby music but there was no GOOGLE who can explain this meaning. I still feel this mechanical Walkman to keep with me, but now Era changed to transistors and Cloud based.

I used to have the wm20... But it wasn't the smallest.... There was one half the size... Half of the cassette would stick out of the machine

I bought one of these when I was 13 and cherished it. Even then I appreciated its clever solid-state design. I loved that it fit into a slot in my cassette carrying case.

hi there ve a question i ve the same sanyo m4440 walkman .it dosent work well by the female conector 3.5mm no sounds of any kind comes out.it's as if you didn't have anything connected it doesn't make any noise would it have to do with amplifiers or preamps or it could be the 3.5 mm connection tab ?thanks for help
