For the dough: 4.5 to 5 cups of all purpose flour 1/3 cup or 75g granulated sugar 2 packets or 4.5 teaspoons instant yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1.5 cups or 355g water 6 tablespoons or 85g unsalted butter 1 large egg For the filling: 1/4 cup or 55g unsalted butter 1/2 cup or 100g packed light brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon For the frosting: 4 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup or 55g unsalted butter 1 cup or 120g powdered sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Enjoy!
