Definitely useful if you're trying to restore sanctuary or any other settlement 🤔 but personally I'm more into the "wasteland" style of builds

The power armor is level dependent, though I think it's usually T-51 for me, I think. Also, it's a tricky jump, but on the roof of the building is a really nice Combat Rifle with a scope.

Unless there's a workbench, you can't make a location a settlement without some kind of mod. That said with the right settlement mod I'm sure it would make a good one

Still to this day my only problem with fall out is I love to wander. That unfortunately will get me lost in some place for an hour just trying to figure out how to get out. It can lead to good loot and lots of caps but I eventually realize I've gone in circles when everything is empty and don't know how to get out lol.
