Version 3 will be messing with increasing the human QB acc and INTs, decreasing human pass def and pass reaction time, increasing CPU pass def, reaction time, and maybe QB accuracy. For the most part I am quite happy with the setting cause I feel like it's super tough to win against a team that is better than you, if not impossible. Then you can still blow out teams that you should but you'll still have to play smart. If you use revamped passing or something like that then you should set your human QB acc to something closer to 40

Oh for sure!! Idk if we will ever have a RB as dominant as Tavorus Jones. Just sooooo elusive. And Donelis is just a defensive pillar. Can always rely on him to make a play when we need one. Happy to see Dubose and Fox stepping up to take some of the weight this year also

Easily his best game I'd say! Durrell went insane!!! Averaging almost 26 yards per carry is ridiculous 😂 he was definitely upset about being snubbed as a preseason All-American.... @@ProblyNathan Sounds good on the timing of the videos. Besides, I know where we'll both be tomorrow night at 7 30 pm. Scary thing is Durell watched the 4th. He could have legit challenged the national single game record for rushing yards I believe. Francis was doing work on the outside just about every time Durell went to his side, which is also helping. Francis is a legal 6th lineman who can also catch some. 1 of the drops was a bad pass, I remember that. Also he's just too big and boxes people out in the red zone... or a quick few on 1st for a tendency breaker... or 3rd and medium. He may not have the explosive catching results, but I will take what I get with his hands as long as his blocking remains really awesome. I hope Glen is learning from this as well. Still, about 100 yards isn't half bad. Nick had himself a great day as well. At least many others are getting the ball. I also have to see if I can change off who my slot receiver is for the Jet Toss. I think you can see who it is. Others were some various throws. Mostly short-medium, which is good. Defense is standing up. Everyone contributed. I think a lot of these guys had themselves a day. Now to keep it up. Thanks much. We hope to keep that up. Top 5 will look good later and later in the year.

Yeah they should be neutral sites! Sadly thr was correct cause it was a power run with 71 as a pulling blocker.....just sucks when they have a blitzer in the exact gap your puller is leaving... I try to look at the DBs leverage on these high low reads when it's man. Since the DB had an over the top and inside shade I knew I'd be able to hit Christian as long as he has a quick, clean cut. Sameeee!!! 🤷‍♂️ That RPO was excellent timing That was probably a top 5 cleanest run of my career 😂 Me too! Terrible pass.....gotta run or throw it away when it's that late.... Christian Moss will absolutely be one of those what if stories....all the potential and just nothing really panned out. I feel bad that we didn't have other weapons for him in year 1 to take off some pressure. Though we didn't have any QB or OL to help get him the ball. Then in year 2 we got Nathan but he ended up stealing the show in the end and Christian just remained in the shadows....🤷‍♂️ Should be an ESPN 30 for 30 on Christian Moss 😂

@@ProblyNathan Honestly, I think that both the Bowls I were in were that much harder since I was away. It was like 90/10 in both games against me, and I do believe it makes a big difference in college. OK, I didn't recognize the playcall without the call/play art on screen. Just is frustrating when that happens. I'm still trying to learn how to read Defenses like that... I'm much better with the run. Go with what makes things good. Granted, it was FCS, but last game I was getting so many clean runs too. I have the problem with holding the button too long, so I can hold it a bit more and have it bounce back... You can see I was ready to fight when that bologna happened. Mailau looked like he was ready to bring out the whooping can Juan just looks great there. As long as he stays with KSU he should be a legend. I can't think of a better CB from your dynasties that I have seen. He's got 2 more years and a great chance at rewriting the record books. Agreed about Christian Moss. We'll never know what he would have been. Kind of like UConn's WRs... at least the last couple years outside of Skylar.

@@ProblyNathan first year was crazy I struggled with at QB and than the second year was a little better once I recruited a better quarterback, and we went to our first conference championship, but lost to liberty, but I definitely love the idea of rebuilding them actually consider letting Kennesaw state be my main rebuild

That's awesome! Bro I struggled a ton in year one with finding a go-to guy on offense. We just weren't reliable enough to score points to win. Liberty is also nuts! They are a super tough team to play against. I'm glad Salter starts as a JR so he isn't there for long 😂

@@ProblyNathan I'm still wondering how no one was drafted either. Last year too... it was like... I don't understand this game's awards. I would think Gavin would have been drafted after an almost 2000 yard year. Skylar could be a great KR/WR. Alex may have gone home since he is from Germany. Maybe a local team there picked him up. Durell has a workhorse to him, so he could just be it. He did show out a lot as the 2nd back. Francis is from the University of Miami... looked him up just now and the stats match up. He's a 94 TE and Preseason All-American... even if he just does 5/6 yard routes and can just hang onto the ball more often than not. He might have decent enough hands. I know myself, a lot of people were surprised at my hands even though I never played until I was an adult in a VERY amateur football weekly unorganized season. At least he's a change and maybe he can fall forward for an additional yard or 3. I'm more looking for him to seal the outside and make it so I can run to whatever side he's on... and occasionally up the middle since teams will key on him and I can use that against them. That and he might just pull someone away from him due to his specific gravity and open the field up for my WRs. LOL I am surprised Durell was not selected as a Preseason All-American though. Top 10 in the nation in Yards and TDs last year... I believe 5th and 2nd. So if he gets Gavin's role, he is All-American as a Junior. Oh well, something to prove. Quincy and Cleto should be bookending again really well. 2nd year now... and they have some good backups. Aaron Garland should do well this year in his role. The secondary is pretty new, but as I recall they were last year too. I'm calling for a 10-2 at worst season. We're #7 to open the season. If we can stay close to the top, I will be thrilled. Would like to come back to the CFP, but I won't count on it. My contract is now "make a bowl game".

Yeah I have no idea... I guess you gotta be like a really high overall to be drafted since there is only 250ish picks in the NFL draft and 134 FBS teams alone to pick from. The SEC is a ton of them by themselves lol. Just tough to get anyone even drafted at all even though they are absolute studs on our teams.... LOL that sounds like a ruthless plan and I am all for it LOL I'm pumped to see how that goes throughout the season! Yeah......that is super shocking to me....he is going to most likely lead the league in rushing this year and is getting snubbed..... I guess he will just have a chip on his shoulder for this upcoming season.... I am very intrigued to see how the defense does! I fully agree with that prediction. We ended up 12-2, 7-0 at Home, 5-2 in Away Games (5-1 in true Away Games, 0-1 in "Neutral" Road games). 2-2 against P4, 10-0 in non P4 games (9-0 in FBS). 2-1 vs. Ranked at the time teams. Unfortunately, most teams had a non-winning record, as I went 3-2 vs. teams who ended with winning records and 9-0 against teams who did not. I went 4-0 vs. the MAC, 2-0 vs. CUSA, 1-0 vs. the ACC, American, B1G, FCS, Mountain West, and Sun Belt, and 0-2 vs. the SEC.

Aww man! That sucks! Overall we can't be too upset cause we honestly had a great year 2......bittersweet ending though.. D'Mon went off and really gave it his all though. I wonder how they were getting so many blown coverages? Do they have just crazy fast or good WRs? Zakhari with 4 TFLs is clutch as well! 👌 I'm proud of our boys as well. 12-2 is a great year!

Dude the RBs had such a great season!! 700+ yards with 3 RBs is unbelievable! Opposing defenses have to be terrified to face that run team 🔥🔥 Skylar had a monster season as well with 100+ catches and just under 1500 yds! Going to miss him for sure.... The whole defense played really amazing! D'Mon with a double double season (10 INTs & Pass deflections) is insane!! 34 TFLs for Cleto 😂😂 that's absurd

@@ProblyNathan A&M just bottled me up. D'Mon went bonkers and so did Zakhari. All of the big gains were just missed guesses... pass or run. Amazing Season. Cleto 34 TFLs... not like he had just one stand out game where I remember he was in the backfield... just that he was there all the time. This was a great team, but when facing a team 10 points better than you are, you need a lot of things to just go your way. Looking forward to next year and hopefully we can produce and finish better than last year.

Me too! The color rush combos are always a blast! Yeah idk how on earth that wasn't a first down!! But yeah any time they come out in 3 down lineman I get super tempted to hit em right up the gut. It's somewhere I can improve as well. I make a lot of hot routes routinely but I don't audible a lot in this game. I used to a lot in madden but I never feel I have enough time to audible and then make a bunch of adjustments based on their coverage in CFB 25. I may just need to be faster at everything.... That was kinda my thought. We already had a grindy drive and I felt like we'd lose a bit too much momentum if we were to get stopped there. If it was inches to the GL I may of tried to go for it. I thought I had him too......safety just didn't come down with enough physicality... RB wanted it more I love that PA boot play so much 😂 it's money anytime it's against man coverage. Idk how we always have soooo many 1 play scores. Yup! JeRico Washington Jr. has the KSU record for picks in a season and career I believe 😂 it's going to be an incredibly high record since he started as a true freshman as a starter...still has 2 more seasons as well. I didn't know that at the time I recorded it or else I probably could've played a little differently but either way....loved to see all those awards being broken so early in the season and with a bunch of real players too! Sad to see we missed out on the CFP but the Bahamas bowl will be a fun one!

@@ProblyNathan I also find it a ton easier to find my own players downfield. I just look for either all blue or all white depending on if I am home or on business. I know audibles and hot routes are something I am working on doing better overall. It's something I do if I see something, but I am not going to do so very often... maybe a couple times a game. It also has to do with learning the offense since it's been 10 years since we could run a pistol offense. That and I am learning new plays as well. Trying things out. The PA Boot does work well too. I hope to see JeRico's name in the KSU record books. I am glad I made the CFP, but I know I will have work to do this upcoming season. Looking forward to seeing you in the Bahamas.

Wooooow....that's all I can say.... I was not expecting a rout like that in game one! Even got a chance to play the backups in the CFP! That's amazing Cleto and D'Mon pretty much ended Miamis chance to win by themselves. They both put in such a dominant effort that the redhawks had no chance. Love to see that type of play! That's going to be a great mentality to have when they are playing on sundays... Texas A&M with a neutral site is Dalls is quite funny 😂 I bet the fan % will be 90/10 in favor of them from proximity 😂 I pumped for this next game!!

@@ProblyNathan Yea, I was expecting a much better game from Miami University as they are a cream of the crop G5 team. I was trying to play them this year as a gauge game since I know they are one of the best and will take on anyone. I figured I would get the backups some chances as a thank you for being here and believing in us... and for next year/whatever. Whomever drafts D'Mon this year is going to get one of the best DBs... and I hope Cleto stays for 2 more years. They will be Sunday Players and I think Julien will be on Sunday as well from the Defense.

I didn't really start watching till the early 2000s (hence Miami fan 😂🤷‍♂️) My dad's favorite player to watch was Barry Sanders so I remember watching a ton of his gameplay and trying to be like him as a kid when I played some RB. I wish the total number of games would've been the same but I do remember that Jones sat out and entire game when he got injured on then Kickoff a weeks weeks ago and then had another game where he played like a quarter and then sat so I don't really count him playing a "full" 13 games. @@ProblyNathan I just read a lot on football, especially college, and try to learn as much as I can. I never played since I was always too big and didn't develop the lineman/TE skills to play. Weigh-ins would have killed me since I am just naturally large. Oh well. As to Tavarous Jones, I would say his records are legit, no asterisk. Heck, I just broke an 80 year old school record in individual rushing TDs scored. They only played 8 games against very small football schools. He was what would be a 2nd Round Pick these days - Walt Trojanowski So bringing up his exploits again is great, even though no one remembers them first hand. Different eras are just that. You earned it with TJ. I figured Nick has to be to play PSU RB. They don't fool around. LOL I've had that happen to me where it's impossible to tell where the goal line is a few times on O and D... so I get it. I'll continue to harp on the Jet Touch Pass then. LOL 😀😄😆 I was hoping Mailau would bring the goods... like Cleto. Quincy Bryan has been solid though quiet on my other end... so yea. Bookend RS Sophs. Connor is a better security blanket than Alex Honig... but both have worked out well. I've noticed that about both of our runs against the Appy State Dynasty. Appy State was good, but not great like we have. 24 there should have been in protocol there. Honestly. OUCH!!!

We ended the year 11-1, 6-0 at the Rent, 5-1 on business trips - only loss was to a bowl bound Vanderbilt by 1 in OT. No regrets. We are now 17-6 overall against FBS opposition, 12-1 at the Rent, 7-4 Away and 0-1 Neutral Site. This last win put us 3-0 against MAC teams (4-0 vs. Current MAC squads). We were ranked as high as #2 in the BCS. We fell to 4th since we don't have a Conference Championship, 3rd in the Polls, and 5th Seed since we are not a P4 school. We get yet another MAC team in the Prelims as we welcome Miami University to the Rent for Round 1 of the Playoffs. Winner faces 4th Seeded Texas A&M at the Cotton Bowl. We got GEM 3* LE Eli Roach, 3* MLB Matt Gammon, and 3* RE Brad Calloway to all come home prior to end of season. We have 44th best class with only 10 players. We will be active in the Portal, obviously. We also hope to get some more 3/4 and maybe a 5* player or two to transfer. I also got offers to be the HC of Louisville, Purdue, and Wisconsin and the OC for Miz-zou. I was 3rd ranked for HC, my OC got 5th for Assistant Coaches, DC 8th. Having two RBs over 1200 yards is incredible! I've never done that before! I think there will be multiple records broken in the next game or two. Love to see Skylar about to break a team record as well 👌 Julian Simon is also just such an underrated beast at LB! Those TFLs and Sacks are fantatic!

For sure one of the worst passes in this series lol That cut back was filthy 😂 Going to miss Gabe after he graduates this year. Such a great player for us for a long time. Really cool to see his growth over time. I was so confused by that play 😂 A Run would probably have been just as good of a call. I wasn't confident in our inside run game. We sometimes get randomly insta-shed and lose yards so I was cautious about that happening. That pitch was lethal 💀 I'm glad it worked out cause that was really risky 😂 Yeah I think that's what it's called. Just make sure to press R2/RT to cancel the PA early then hit the RB for a massive gain if they bite down and if they don't bite hit the TE on the flat. Works great and it's in the train formation so the D is mainly thinking Run first. That slants play is nice too with the RB on a flat route. Gives me 3 quick throws and we can break off some nice gains! Leacock has been quietly breaking out.....🤫 I do agree that the playbook is special. I'm glad I stuck it out and learned the playbook. @@ProblyNathan Gabe sure has been a favorite around these parts. Sad seeing him go to the League, but hopefully we find another one. Got a couple of games and next season to look forward to. I guess it's because I know Brian will get the yards, especially if I have 2 tries, that I am not concerned with the run being stopped once. You can stop Brian once, but not twice. I kind of envision Juan there myself, just because... I'll have to look into that play also... lots of nice plays that I can run but don't as much as maybe I should. I use the Train a lot, so something to make the D think... I do enjoy slants, just that I sit on them too long sometimes, especially in a straight pass call. Leacock has made a presence under the radar lately. I've noticed him, but haven't said much. The playbook in the right hands is very dangerous. I love the Pistol, especially in college, and I think you (and the fans) are seeing why. I never liked running out of the Shotgun since the first step is either a jab step or a horizontal step. Can't gain momentum on that. Pistol allows the HB to gain a step or two forward before meeting the QB and all the QB has to do is know the play direction to hand the ball off correctly (or do RPO/PA). That and it is pretty much proper spacing for the lateral pitch already which is good for your brand of play. Glad you stuck it out and you're quite welcome with the help on this. I was excited when I saw the Pistol and was hoping you would stick to it. Liberty's loss may have sucked some wind out of their sails. Hopefully it has and you can repeat and knock them out and maybe you can sneak into the CFP or a great bowl. There's no pecking order, so you would go to the Bahamas (MAC), Armed Forces (American), New Mexico (MW), or New Orleans (Sun Belt)... unless UConn is good enough. LOL

I think Nathan Staymates has a chance to be the next great KSU RB. I'm interested to see him play in year 4. We will be redshirting him in year 3 because Tavorus is back for his senior season, so we might as well save a year of eligibility. I could see what you mean there with Juan 👌 I like that idea! Yeah, im really enjoying using the Pistol with this squad. I'm trying to learn multiple styles over the different series I play. Even helps you defensively cause you k ow what the goal of the opposing offense. I'm not sure if we will end up squeaking into the CFP but we should make a solid bowl game at least. 😁

@@ProblyNathan Nathan Staymates already has one thing going for him... LOL Seriously though, Redshirting him will be one of the best things you can do. You have a great HB returning in Tavorus and a solid backup in Juan. Just need a 3rd in case they get tired. Cam Edwards was good since he was experienced, but as you saw, he played only sparingly late. Juan could be that short 3rd down FB, the 2nd HB, and give Tavorus some rest as the year goes on. I remember between Qua Ashley and DJ Scott you had some good 3rd RB... I know you'll make a solid bowl with your team. Lots of cards have to fall right with a team from CUSA making the Playoffs. Probably will be an American or MAC as I see them as the most powerful G5s. Others need a strong Undefeated and your conference basically destroyed itself besides you and Liberty... but who knows.

@mrmoose6619 😂😂 exactly I agree. It's sad to redshirt an elite dev talent like that but its honestly the only right choice. I can't bench Tavorus since he's apparently the greatest RB of all time and it just wouldn't make sense to have Nathan as a 3rd stringer fighting with Juan for playing time just yet. Give Nathan a year to learn the playbook and learn from Tavorus and then he can bust onto the scene. I hope Juan improves a lot in the offseason since I feel like he has had a pretty solid first year. Yeah it's quite tough to make it to the CFP in this conference. That's a great point about the jet touch pass counting for passing yards! I always forget that lol Good memory! Yeah he has been pretty happy with his playing time so far. He's slotted at the power back and gets in there to relieve Jones pretty much each game. I also try to run him during garbage time to give him more snaps. Good thinking though! I may have to try out some more FB dive attempts. He trucks people like crazy so I imagine he'll get that yard. @@ProblyNathan I use the Jet Touch Pass to keep Skyler in the game and let him use his KR skills. It's also a good way to get your QB out of a funk with a simple pass and remembering the most recent pass was a complete pass. (Though I have to find a check out of it I like). Football is a Mental game as much as it is a physical game. Sometimes simpler is better on offense. Good to hear that Juan is happy in his current role. I tend to use Brian (FB) as my power back and then go from there. At least it's a couple less hits on Gavin/Durell (and in your case Tavorus) a game, which is always a plus! He should get the yard and then some on those FB dives. At least then he has a steady job on top of his backup role and you can get the rest of your backs some time. Just thinking about roster and all. I'll look it up, I might have tried it a couple times already which is how my RBs are getting catches. At least it will make the Defenses stop and think. More defenses have to think, the worse off they are.

@@ProblyNathan Yea, I don't completely understand why Malcolm was POTW, but I'll take it... D'Mon was better overall IMHO, but who knows. Glad to see I got a 4* recruit since not very many were interested in the beginning of the year. I just hope next year there will be a lot more of them out there for me... though a handful of the 3* were gems too. I find it crazy how high we are, but we'll take it.

Post Game we got 2 recruits: 3* LG JP Merrick, 2* RG Derek McElrath. We needed both sides, so at least we have them both. I put a 3* RG on my list since I could now... trying to see if I can get him to sign as well. Will also look in the Portal when we get there, since we are looking for some upgrades there too. Coach of the Year: I am 2nd for HC, OC is 3rd, DC is 5th (though his seat is HOT. I am thinking about moving on and getting a better DC for next season as well... C- and was D+ earlier in season. Not happy...) Cleto Chol is now #1 for DPOY, 3rd DL, 1st in DE. He's only a Soph too, which I am really excited about. Julien Simon is #1 LB and #4 DPOY Gavin Garcia is #2 RB (why??? he leads nation in yards and TDs) Skyler Bell is #2 KR and #7 WR Jordan Wright is #5 DB Zakhari Spears is #7 DB Gavin as mentioned leads the nation in yards 1292 and TDs with 16 (Season records for UConn are 2083 yards and 22 TDs) Durrell is 6th in the nation with 772 yards and only trails Gavin in TDs with 15 TDs; he has hit paydirt 20 times in his 2 years and is only a Sophomore. He needs 15 TDs to become the all time rushing TD leader. Cam needs 2 yards to get to 2000 yards. He is nowhere near career best, but at least that is a milestone. Skyler is 3rd in yards with 899 and 8 TDs. Season TD record is 11. Yards is not realistic. We are now 6th in the Polls, 7th in the CFP, and 8th in the bracket. We are projected to host the University of Miami at the Rent in the Opening Round if the season ended today. First things first, going to New Mexico for our final scheduled Business Trip in Albuquerque.

Solid job against UAB! The team is firing on all cylinders lately! Nick seems to be a pretty accurate QB for us. Every now and then he'll throw a pick or too but he doesn't seem to have many incomplete passes. I also agree that I think Gavin shines with 18-20 carries in a game. It seems like that is when he is his best for efficiency. Skylar just continues to be an amazing WR. Is he close to any team records?

@@ProblyNathan The UAB game was a good one for us, I'm keeping Nick to shorter passes... though he does good on medium as well. It's the longs that I keep trying and failing. Need to remember to not go too much more than 15/20. Gavin seems to do well with 15-20 reps... and at least Durell can pick most of the slack with Cam and sometimes Shaq McBath helping as well. I think Gavin has a chance at Yards and TDs Rushed for the season. Skyler might have the Receiving TDs record season. Durell would be more all time running. I am happy that both of them are that good to be able to play every game. Just have to keep them lathered up. Cleto is Mailau as a Sophomore... we have 2 more years with him, so I am excited for that. He's got Captain next season written all over him. Just hope someone replaces Julien Simon as out top guy overall.

Yes, when I saw the last name, I had to investigate some. Brock did not follow his older cousin and I guess wanted to make his own name at a different school... I just wonder if he will also try out for WWE and then somehow do a "Steiner Cousins" tag team even though Bron's not using his Dad's stage name. @@ProblyNathan I'm glad that the team can pull together and make the necessary adjustments to win these games. I just wish we could make them earlier though. Such is the life of a team that's good but doesn't have the top tier talent I guess. I am looking forward to climbing the ranks to see a CFP matchup, but one week at a time. As I recall there is a Penn State guy ahead of Gavin, so possibly he is getting more pass catches? I know Gavin is far ahead in the rushing category yards and TDs. The stats aren't always shown in Nation's leaders category, which is frustrating.
