I personally don't believe there is a better party out there! Sandbar is so unique, so random, and so wild! Just the thought of the venue popping out of the ocean for five hours and disappearing so fast makes you won't even believe the event ever existed!
Each year, the Sandbar Party grows in scale, quality, and innovation. This year, we've added a thrilling element with a group of skydivers and helicopters landing on the sandbar, taking the party to a whole new level of excitement!
Darwin community knows how to party hard but also be responsible !!! It amazes me every time how we look after one another and the environment !!! After such a massive wild day, no 1 can of beer in the ocean or a person with injury exists. It's just a perfect storm that flows with the divine purpose of making this place the best holiday destination worldwide while fundraising for the charity !!!

as an air force brat I experienced these bull fights on our street Juncal and on the beach at Pria .... 1974-6 and the shepherds holding the rope were much older. also big difference between what is a crossroad or square and one street. imagine a people packed street that parts like the red sea and there 10 feet away is mr. bull. as guests the Americans were able to watch but not allowed to participate. 50 years later I am glad I stayed out of the street. 😇

If I would have stand in the corner at the beginning lol 😂😂😂 Could have been an interesting action shot from holiday 💀💀😂😂 Sometimes it's better to not be able to participate to stay in one peace but at the same time I got to the street a couple of times and as soon as I stepped out of the barricade, I felt adrenaline going through my veins !!! Love your videos! We are visiting the Azores in a month and SO excited 😃 Can I ask how long the hike took you? And did you book a time to start, or could just show up? We are staying in Horta and ferrying to Pico for our hike day. We are just a bit nervous about duration as there are limited ferries between Horta and Madalena 😅
Hello, thank you for watching ☺️🙏 You need to book your hike in advance. Make sure you have all the equipment and hiking shoes. The trip up is on average 4 hours and 4 hours back. There is also an option to climb up and sleep over and watch the sunset from the summit. We left at about 10 am for the day climb but if you choose to stay over night, you are starting in the afternoon ☺️🙏 Hope you enjoy your adventure and have the best experience 😊🙏❤️ I truly love the mountain and often thinking back how wonderful that was 🥹🎉💯⛰️

As a Kuranda local who’s lived here my whole life, it’s so cool to see what others think of our little village. Me and my mates love going swimming and cliff jumping in the pool of water on the left at 16:44 (when it isn’t flooded). Never realised how lucky I am to grow up here. I literally got to work cleaning out koala cages and patting them for my work experience at school.

@@christinenobles I guess. I had a slight opportunity to go to blue marlin. I am not really an inhibeted person to be so crass. I am easy going. I negated to go because I knew it was going to expensive, I was being offered a ride with a really cool guy. European executive. I knew that I was probably going to depend on someone else money. That someone was going to drink and drive. (happens) and that I was going to overspend. Blue marlin is expensive but it is cool. This place you visited is chill and the view is incredible.
@@ceterisparibus6261 Awww absolutely 👏👏👏 For us flying to Ibiza all the way from Australia 🌏🦘 won't be worth it if we didn't visit the top destinations. Honestly, you don't have to spend $600. If you go for 1 meal and 1 cocktail, you won't spend much at all. There is always a way to do things cheap. We spent there all day being super greedy 😭🤣. We don't spend any money all year long on ourselves so when we travel, we enjoy it ❣️😊🙏
@@christinenobles i was alone and staying in a hostel near vara del rey in ibiza town... and then I stayed at azul line hotel in san anotio... which was cool.. i still avoided amanta nassau and others.. they always seem to be like out of reach. But i did end up going to cotton beach club because they have a terrace to sit down and just order drinks. but it was far and I went there by bicycle lol

My mother was born here. I was born at lajes Air Force base. My mother worked on the base and met my father 60 years ago. I always ponder her decision to leave such a beautiful place with beautiful people. For the U.S. ??? When i retire in 15 years, im returning to my mother land. The place i should have been along. I plan on being buried in the soil, on which i was conceived.
