@@BeamMine that's the common misconception people have about foods. It's what you do during the day when you choose what you eat. Most people eat and don't use what they eat as energy during the day and let it sit as fat storage while others burn what they eat and can eat more in a day and still maintain their weight.

@@BeamMinehe’s eating a lot of whole, compact foods. They may seem big but they actually don’t have as many calories as let’s say two meals from Popeyes. Also he’s a division 1 athlete so obviously he’s burning everything he eats lol
