Hi, This fan has two editions. The old edition has screws, so to clean it, you'll need to use a screwdriver to remove them. If you have the new upgraded version, you can easily remove the grill and clean the fan as shown in the video.

Hi, If your fan has screws, it looks like you have the old edition. The fan in this video is the upgraded version. For the old edition, you can use a screwdriver to remove the screws and then clean the fan. Hope this helps!

Rotate the front grille counterclockwise NOTE: If there are screws on the front grilles, you need to loose the screws first 2. Take out the front grille 3. I have contacted Dr. Prepare repeatedly explaining the situation regarding the power hub. As long as they thought I was ordering something they would respond. When I sent them the serial number of the power max battery, the serial number of the hub and other information and requesting either a solution to the problem, a replacement hub, or a refund of the money I spent on the hub. After over a month I have still not received any type of reply. Frustrating to say the least.
