Dr Bhargava , One small query ? Can you tell us why you have only covered foreign IOLs in your chart in your informative videos? Are Care , Appasamy , Aurovec and Biotec cos IO lenses find no mention in the list. Quality of the Indian lenses is said to be equally good, if not better than the foreign lenses and the prices are nearly one third of the foreign lenses. It is really regrettable that a senior eye surgeon like you is not vouching for Indian IOLs , I don't know why maybe the sales team of Indian IOLs manufacturing companies are very average and don't offer any incentives to the Indian surgeons for using them. anyway I expect you to support the Indian lenses manufacturers and advise people like us , through your videos about their quality and usage . Thanks

I'm in my 30s. I got cataract surgery 20 days ago. Doctor advised to go for enhance toric lens without knowing medical terms I agreed n surgery done in one eye. My profession is teaching.but now my near vision is not clear. What I can do now.. please suggest mam. Whether I can go for resurgery for changing trifocal lens ?

Can Descemet's membrane detachment be diagnosed with certainty in the doctor's office with routine slit lamp exam or do you need an anterior segment OCT for that? Can extreme fogginess on day one that gradually but steadily improves over the first week to 90-95% of the ideal clarity & contrast be still caused by DM detachment or is simple stromal edema -- the surgeon's diagnosis on the first post-op visit -- enough to explain it? Will appreciate a response because as a fellow doctor going through this hell I am seriously worried and losing sleep. The fogginess is worse on waking up and rapidly subsides over the next one hour. Thank you!

I never had clear vision in my left eye from childhood, in 2022 I was diagnosed with karetoconus and CXL was done in 2022 only. Doctor gave me rgp lense through which I can see very much clear but the problem is I can't wear the rgp lense for more than 3,4 hours. Even after CXL,b through spectacle, I can't see anything through my left eye. If I go through ICL in my left eye, can I get the clear vision like the vision I get with the RGP lense?
