What a stunning note AND it's a 1913! Great eye appeal and the back is stunning. Great note to pick up and not have the text over the decorative gold 50 denomination. Thanks for the extra information Ontario!

Have one graded NGC MS67, it's a really nice coin. Second coin you shown at around 2:27 definitely has PVC damage. When I started collecting in 1977 people weren't aware of this and seen a lot of PVC damaged coins over the years.

That’s a very cool note! Also, I believe the federal reserve was created in 1913 so this bill was minted a very unique time in our history. I would say this was the start of the end of our country being on the gold standard:(

I first discovered National Bank Notes in Martin's Coin Shop (Orange, California) in 1974. The note was from a national bank in Fullerton California. It blew my 15 year old mind in that I had never seen a note with the name of the city on it. Fullerton was where my doctor's office was, so I was very familiar with Fullerton. I asked Carl Martin (63 years old at the time) what that note was all about. He gave me the short story on National Bank Notes, stating that he remembered seeing them in his youth. I have been hooked on National Bank Notes ever since!

I bought my first Morgan silver dollar at age 13 ! It was a 1883 that was uncirculated still to me the most beautiful coin that has ever been minted in the United States
