Cant go wrong Meanwhile me, never being able to do that egg thing
From 1h to 1 day ideally. Keeping it up to 72 hours makes it too salty and definitely not as good as 24hr dry brined
Like the way it was clearly explained 😂
They make cool little plastic pods that are made for nuking your eggs in. They come out perfect once you get the power / duration just right for your microwave.
Rememebr to take Xanax aswell
42mg
@@imket3 Sorry I meant Prozac!!
@@lifeisactuallyveryboring.7771 i hate prozac
Now I know how to boil eggs & stir hollandaise sauce
I mean, that's what eggs benedict is. What else did you expect, a tutorial on how to make a particle accelerator? 😂
Well, I always screw up the hollandaise too, I agree.
Those are poached eggs lmaooo boiled eggs are different😂😂
Crack the egg into a 50/50 Vinegar water mix before you boil. Make the poached egg 10x cleaner and presentable.
Literally perfect ❤
I thinky friend Benjamin lied to me.
I would love a recipe for the hollandaise as well
Honestly making hallandaise is a little bit of a pain, especially as a breakfast task first thing in the morning.... the bottle stuff or mix yourself packets are totally passable and yummy still if you find a good one
Looks so good
"Lets cook an oven" Famous last words
Inside perfect outside not so much.
How dreamy
You should do pork chops the way my mom did it, you season it with pork rub, salt, pepper, a spice of your choice and maybe some garlic, then flour it (with egg obviously) but before putting it in the flour put a little bit of honey mustard on it, once you do that fry it until golden brown and it tastes super good, though it is difficult to not undercook it so beware
Oh yum.
heavily salting the fat cap for crackling would have been better
PatMcSmoke
Haha, excellent
SmokinPat
Also nice 👍
Doing all that for a tbone is not worth it. Especially for the thin cuts you have in the video… regular sear on char broiler would of been fine
I wouldn’t recommend cooking the whole t bone the same, it’s a fillet on one side and a strip on the other which should be cooked differently
Literally didnt show the sear.
Horseradish for the win. Basically the only acceptable steak topping besides butter
Steps - 1). Pat split chicken breast dry with paper towels 2). Coat with olive oil as binder then sprinkle bbq seasoning to cover 3). Bake at 375 degrees F until internal temp is 160 degrees F 4). Remove and let rest for 10 - 15 minutes so the internal temp rises to a safe 165 degrees F temperature
Nice bro
White people really don’t like cleaning their meats 😂
quick question why are you cutting that back bone? does it make any difference if you don't remove it or if you remove it?
Allows dark meat to be closer to the heat
👆Also helps it cook faster
One time I smoked a chicken and it farted on me
That looks like the Nicki Minaj of the chickens😅
Okay i ammaking this, my dough in the pan is rising quickly. Do i need to wait 90 minutes or just until it rises to top ofpan?
Just until it rises to the top of the pan is good. Air temperature affects how fast or slow bread dough rises. Enjoy
I made it and it is sooooo good! Yes it only took about 20 minutes to rise after in the pan. The melted butter in the dough ingredients, does that go in the dough cause it's not listed in the directions, I didnt put it in but it is so very good regardless. I am subscribing!
volume is super quiet bro, looks delicious though
Ah, yes, an internal temperature of 130 degrees, for when you want that salmonella colon flush.
We need a video to teach us how to put shrimp in a pan??????
Bro let him cook
They look mega
Looks good
I just used my last pork chop this morning
That f'ed Edith. 😂
Dude..... Yummy
That looks incredible!
Delish
Delicious
you put too much work into the videos, i hope you get famous one day, this looks amazing!
Thanks. Hope so
Looking good !!
What kind of Air fryer is that?
The maker is called Fritaire. I like how it’s glass so you can see food as it cooks. Haven’t seen any other like it.
Isn't that upside down?
yes. The ribs should be facing up.
You actually can you either side. If you want “grill marks” on a steak for example, you flip it to the other side.
Is there a beef alternative?
I recommend you go with a Sirloin Filet
When you were talking abaout the temps, did you mean celsius or fahrenheit?
Fahrenheit
Fahrenheit
But you didn't say if it was yummy or not. I love chocolate and I'm a bread person. Is it worth it?
It tasted nice. Definitely a bread to pair with a good jelly or jam. Ie, it’s not a typical bread that you’d use for a ham n’ cheese sandwich. It also pairs nicely toasted with a PB&J m. Working on new sandwich bread. Stayed tuned.
@@HandModelPatrick warm bread and butter. I could eat bread for breakfast and lunch. Yes, I'm fat.
Cook em everytime they go on sale!
I love dry brining or wet brine, regardless both methods come out amazing. I usually pull it off at 125° and let it rest. Get a nice pink medium that's fucking juicy
