    From 1h to 1 day ideally. Keeping it up to 72 hours makes it too salty and definitely not as good as 24hr dry brined

    They make cool little plastic pods that are made for nuking your eggs in. They come out perfect once you get the power / duration just right for your microwave.

    Crack the egg into a 50/50 Vinegar water mix before you boil. Make the poached egg 10x cleaner and presentable.

      Honestly making hallandaise is a little bit of a pain, especially as a breakfast task first thing in the morning.... the bottle stuff or mix yourself packets are totally passable and yummy still if you find a good one

    You should do pork chops the way my mom did it, you season it with pork rub, salt, pepper, a spice of your choice and maybe some garlic, then flour it (with egg obviously) but before putting it in the flour put a little bit of honey mustard on it, once you do that fry it until golden brown and it tastes super good, though it is difficult to not undercook it so beware

    Doing all that for a tbone is not worth it. Especially for the thin cuts you have in the video… regular sear on char broiler would of been fine

    I wouldn’t recommend cooking the whole t bone the same, it’s a fillet on one side and a strip on the other which should be cooked differently

    Steps - 1). Pat split chicken breast dry with paper towels 2). Coat with olive oil as binder then sprinkle bbq seasoning to cover 3). Bake at 375 degrees F until internal temp is 160 degrees F 4). Remove and let rest for 10 - 15 minutes so the internal temp rises to a safe 165 degrees F temperature

    Okay i ammaking this, my dough in the pan is rising quickly. Do i need to wait 90 minutes or just until it rises to top ofpan?

    • @HandModelPatrick
      @HandModelPatrick Місяць тому

      Just until it rises to the top of the pan is good. Air temperature affects how fast or slow bread dough rises. Enjoy

    • @cheriewing4648
      @cheriewing4648 Місяць тому

      I made it and it is sooooo good! Yes it only took about 20 minutes to rise after in the pan. The melted butter in the dough ingredients, does that go in the dough cause it's not listed in the directions, I didnt put it in but it is so very good regardless. I am subscribing!

      It tasted nice. Definitely a bread to pair with a good jelly or jam. Ie, it’s not a typical bread that you’d use for a ham n’ cheese sandwich. It also pairs nicely toasted with a PB&J m. Working on new sandwich bread. Stayed tuned.

    I love dry brining or wet brine, regardless both methods come out amazing. I usually pull it off at 125° and let it rest. Get a nice pink medium that's fucking juicy
