Luna appears to have trouble walking

From the videos, luna seems to have a hard time getting and stepping around like she could not take off to fly

I really do not untestand why our sweet Luna died !

Two questions, are Liberty and Guardian the only bald eagles in that area that nested and produced young, particularly on the side of the river that this juvenile was filmed? Second, were Liberty or Guardian actually documented feeding and interacting with this particular juvenile? These are important questions because Luna's body was found under the nest tree? If she didn't actually fledge, and instead fell to her death because she was sick, then this would not have been Luna. If Luna had fallen to her death, her more advanced state of decomposition would negatively impact a successful necropsy.

What happened to her?
