Creating with the Divine - Art Journaling Method
In this video I will take you through the art journaling method which I use. In it, we take the intention of connecting with the divine and letting it flow on to the paper through our heart.
The example only took me 20 minutes to make, so this a quick and powerful way to paint or draw as well as do creative writing in your art journal.

Art Exercise to Manifest More Joy
Переглядів 7 тис.4 роки тому
In this video I'll guide you through an art therapy exercise showing you how to manifest desired emotions - be it joy, abundance, connection or any feeling you would like more of in your life. This exercise combines art and geometry. We will use the Fibonacci spiral drawn with the golden ratio to grow on this feeling as we paint, because this is the natural form in which things grow in nature.
Communicate With Your Pain
Переглядів 19 тис.4 роки тому
In this video, I will show you how to communicate with your pain using art. You'll learn a way to paint / draw and write about your pain. This art therapy method will help you release resistance to your pain in a metaphorical way. The object is not to try to heal or fix it, but rather to just listen and see what it wants to tell us. Materials I used: Crayons: amzn.to/4d52W7N Paints: amzn.to/3WK...

Mine was… I am hurt and in pain. I feel depressed because the world is full of blood and this hurts my heart. I’m here because I want to splash positivity and I want you to become aware of your wounds. I’m here to help you heal. Wow, feel like I found my life purpose & the pain was completely unrelated to any of that. Currently facing a lot of my own struggles that are making it hard to keep going but this became so much more than me.

Thankyou for your share, its easy to follow, and the video music is gentle, I felt comfortable when following yr painting. At last I successfully drew my painting and noticed my inner thought. The questions were wise and good, and the answers gave me sweet instructions. Thankyou again...

I had an unexpected result from this exercise, i even made a surprised snort after understanding what i wrote. I got kinda scolded by my drawing that i'm worrying too much and disturbing my heart (who is also the drawing), and that the heart is a "he", and that he feels quite okay under all the pressure i have in my life right now, because he is made to withstand. I was told that i'm annoying him and should laze around and look at the sceneries. This was kinda funny and weird, but my mood for sure had improved

Thank you for putting this out here, making yourself vulnerable too the public and sharing your inner parts. I came here because I was looking for a combination of IFS (internal family systems) and art for myself to explore and understand my inner parts. I love the idea with the different chairs ( i might need a much bigger table and more chairs :) And to combine it with sound and dance. How wonderful is that?! I am very curious about what I will come up with trying this. Sending you lots of love from Cologne, Germany

I enjoy layering the new drawing on top of the old one, kind of like rewriting a story. So in this case, I would take the drawing of the bubble and continue that blue over and outside the black line until it looked more like a freeform shape, and really emphasise that bright light in the centre, expand it, even off the edge of the page! Really let myself empower myself to let that part shine as that's what the feeling seems like it wants to do... just another perspective!

Hello:) Thank you for sharing such a beautiful video. :) I would love to know where you went to school and whether you received a degree specific to art therapy, if you're open to sharing about that. I am still exploring career options, and do want to include creativity and connection with people in whatever path I walk down. :)

Did you intentionally draw the angel on the left of the circle or was it intuitive? Same question for the small boy with the blue cape and the people crowed on the right side of the drawing.
