    I think it is a little bit difficult to talk about preconcert routine because it’s very personal to research the concentration because for sure every soloist don’t just go and play but you have to think to yourself and how could you describe it?

    In México we need that way of thinking, that philosofy, I have many teachers in México, and I had the bad experience that everyone has Been horrible People and horrible teachers, I always was got humiliation of them, was too much presión on me, and bad treat me, that I have to quit the músic forever, hope one Day the way of teaching músic in México change, because in a way the way of teaching in México dont grow UP and dont have the level of USA, because this kind of stuff.

    I don't think it was us losing a golden age in classical music. In the olden days, these musicians are less accessible where is now, young artists can have all the social channels and they play to please the audience for likes. Sometimes overexposure makes it less interesting, and over pleasing the audience loses the individuality.

    We can listen violinists, who play with a high level like Perlman and have the gift, but little ones, than play with the soul like him. He is the best for me! 🎻 By other hand, he gets a connection between him and the spectator. 🎻

    Pinchas should tell us how can someone play in tune if he cant hear that something is out of tune. And that is very very common.

    • @Martini0621
      @Martini0621 6 місяців тому

      I agree with Zukerman but I agree with you as well. As an amateur I realised (and accepted) late that professionals can be very limited with some of their playing skills and for some it’s even hearing properly. Some simply don’t practise enough and haven’t connected to their instrument or will never do. Which poses the question if they picked the right instrument. Seriously.
