Good find.
Where's HER motorcycle???
What IS it with Wypipo and sidewalks???
Notice they all have something jammed in their mouths
I remember a stop motion film that I think was on the original Sonny and Cher show set in the wild west about a character named Wide Burp or some similar name. After seeing these shorts I began looking for it but haven't come across it. Is my memory shot or was there such a skit? Thanks.
What a MAGNIFICENT Blast from the Past! CB
There is another stop motion film probably from the same people about safe driving.
That’s a heck of a lot of stop-motion work! Surely this took several days to put together?
Gas was 32.9 cent per gallon 2:26 3:51
A lesson in female hypergamy via a very entertaining stop motion short film...EXCELLENT.
Now that's how it's really done kiddies just the basics and not computed or ai or, true fundamentals is what you make it , 😉
😂😂😂
Great !!!! !!!!
This one is used by Gulf to create the No Nox Premium Gasoline
I remember watching this when I was in driver's training class in high school way back in 1975
They show the tiniest clip of this on TCM and I always wondered where it came from....Hilarious!
Cocaine is a helluva drug
Best movie ever
That must have been a pita to film !
Looks like the same guys who did "Vicious Cycles"
That's a classic bad case of road rage!
Maybe this is where the term "Butt Hurt" started.
Finally! Carbon-free commuting!
they showed this on the old smothers brothers show about 1968 -ish we laughed ourselves silly!
YE GODS, the amount of WORK that went into this! I did a little bit of work in stop-motion at one time, with a super-8 camera and some "action figures", so I KNOW!
Brilliant
Speedster left "Skid Marks " EEeeeeeeeeuuuuuuuuwwwwwee
Excellent
So thats where that Gulff came from
Thanks for this as I seen this since “Driver’s Education Class” in 1976. I liked his “Gulf Oil” commercials also…😂! Augh the simple times in California when you could leave your garage door open and not get robbed before you left the driveway…😮….also gas was 32 cents a gallon at a “76” station…😊…wish that time would come back…😂! Have a great day!
And thus, road rage was born.
At 2:27, gas prices, 32.9 and 35.9....... I grew up in Whittier at this time and bought gas for 29 to 31 cents per gallon at the Powerine Station....
This also predicted Mario kart. And they did the banana slip as well.
Saw this like 50 years ago and this is the first time since. Hilarious! Thanks
Wow. I'm pretty sure this is a film me and my friends watched over and over again at a community centre during the school holidays back in the 70s.
I interviewed David Brain, camera person and other Menville classics! ua-cam.com/video/RrWIg4NIlDg/v-deo.html
Another fine 16mm middle school flashback!!! :D
This aired on TMC yesterday..only caught part of it so happy to see it here. 🙂
Found this after watching Stop, Look and Listen by the two leads. Great find!
Saw this in driver's Education class in high school..
Yooo 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂✌♊
This was on a motorcycle vhs my dad had when i was growing up, love this skit! Lol
I grew up as a missionary kid in South Korea, and we used to watch the U.S. military's English-language channel. They carried current American TV series, but they didn't play commercials, so there was often time (that ads would have taken up) to fill up between shows that started on the hour. They would sometimes play short films to fill those gaps, and this is one of the ones they were playing around 1980-1982. I was thrilled to find it many years later here. Thanks for posting!
Just a hoot to watch! Katrina and the Waves did a music video with some of this effect in it.
What was the Name of the Song?
is the asshole guy the girl at the end too
fxxx stupest show ever made ita so bad i have to watch it
Remember this being shown at one of the monthly meetings of the San Fernando Valley chapter of the Ford Model T Club of America back in the mid/late 60's! Think I've seen it once since then until now. FINALLY, I know what it is! THANKS!!
I thought that engine sounded familiar
@@johnkuzma7066 HA!😆Yeah, it does sound like a "T" 4 banger! Only error there was the transmission shift (and the "column shifter"). You likely know, T's were 2 speed pedal operated, band shifted. No gear crunching! 😊 Might have been another make from the same era.
Love this!
@2:27 gas at $3.29
No, that's 32.9 cents per gal regular and 35.9 cents per gal premium . The price of gas late 60's.
At 7:57, the former Garden Court Apartments, 7021 Hollywood Blvd; Hollywood, Los Angeles. The building was used as the backdrop for "Death Wish II", and Cheech and Chong's "Next Movie".
