He is a nasty pig! I grew up with and was friends with the brother of a young girl He murdered in Spokane Washington. Before I met the brother, I remember the abduction of his sister being all over the news. To this day I think of it and how it affected the entire community. Little girl's name was Tricna Cloy.

have you used any of these things to whiten your teeth?
How should you use peroxide? In a rinse? Does it need to be diluted? I have horrible yellowing and want to whiten it, but can’t afford to buy the strips for daily use. My teeth also become loose bc I grind my teeth. I even have a professionally made mouth guard by somehow by morning it’s in the bed somewhere and my jaw and head hurt.

I use xylitol . Swish the sugar after eating. It does help with plaque build up

@@ConorTheDentist mostly the crystal i use, the gum is not as available to me where i live. 1kg crystal 15euro
