True, I kind of came around to the idea of them essentially going back to their original roots. I started with Z like most and then went back to OG Dragonball and still enjoyed it. So I’m interested to see how Daima shapes up.

Yeah, same I only rock with Goku because of Z and GT so when we got to Super I was hella confused. Even though he didn’t intend for Z Goku that will forever be my favorite version.

I can agree to that, Super looked amazing for hype episodes but most of the time was kind of just normal. Granted it was a weekly show compared to this which seems like it’s got that seasonal anime treatment.

@@TheGracefulRogue Your opinion is irrelevant. It literally isn't a technique, it's a transformation. Tenkaichi was founded on having all forms, like base Broly in Z. Evil Buu existed for 2 chapters, and maybe 2 episodes and he's in. In all cases these characters have a full movelist so it's doable for Vegeta, most of y'all are too spineless to say so and it's pathetic.

@calvinbrown5597 My opinion can be irrelevant it’s still not in as a full form and that won’t change unless they decide to change it. But SSBE is pretty much his answer to Kaioken. Even during the T.O.P when Goku and Vegeta were both rushing Jiren together he was SSBE and Goku was Kaioken. They typically keep them around the same level with Goku always having an edge. Edit: This is just how the form is typically viewed not saying it’s wrong to have it as a transformation but the logic is there for why it’s not a necessary one.

@@TheGracefulRogue Whether or not the devs & Bandai incorporated Blue Evolution as a form has no bearing on the source material. It is a transformation, and the fact that they implemented it as a buff simply means they are misrepresenting the source material. People like you supporting their decision is absurd. It was a form in the show, it was a form in the manga and in Xenoverse 2. Spike's choices do not change that, and too many UA-camrs like you are 😘 up to them. Maybe if instead UA-camrs had a backbone then they'd change it just like local multiplayer was added.

It’s just a rehashed version of Super Vegeta but blue IMO. Could they add it in one day? Sure but this game isn’t like Xenoverse. Xenoverse has been milking content for years so of course they put it in as its own form. This game will be milked too but expect more variety (hopefully.) Just because I or other UA-camrs have these thoughts on SSBE. Doesn’t mean we 😘 up to Bandai(least I don’t) Last I checked they don’t give me 💩. Yes SSBE is a full form, but isn’t impactful enough for me to cry about it. I really hope they eventually add it in the game so you will be happy man. Peace ✌️

Super has its moments and good concepts that sometimes just doesn’t get executed well. But same with GT. Like most stuff in Super is multiple times better than Super 17(GT)

Source? Cause as far as I know outside of some moves that reference the manga. We will not be getting any manga content. Which also makes sense considering that content hasn’t even made it into anime format yet so 🤷🏾‍♂️ not saying you’re wrong but just verify it. Plus going off the logic of Bandai they never really add manga content into these kind of games unless it’s been in the anime first might be an outlier or 2 that I’m not aware of but for the most part that is fact.

Yeah, I agree with you there I just hope that they get every super character they want in at base so going forward the DLC is mainly the other characters from GT/OG Dragon Ball/ and Z movies.

Not going to lie I get scared about that too. Every anime game is released gets a little bit of hype and then just kind of dies after a while. To an extent that’s most games but I don’t think this one will have that problem at least for a while.

I think what they’re saying but not in is just referring to the base game. We know for the most part all the characters that we want will get added in at some point but when? Is usually the question.

Why would Android 18 Super happen she pretty much didn’t do anything new like 17 so if anything they’ll just give her the T.O.P fit she had on as an outfit. The fact that his dbs ssj1 has the rage aura and his ultimate is Sword of Hope doesn't bode well for ssj2. If it was in the game, then the rage stuff would be on ssj2 and not 1.

Oh for sure even if certain characters we want aren’t there at base they can definitely be added in later and we would most likely pay for it. I just feel like since so many characters basically didn’t make the base roster to push super. They better completely knock out super for the most part.

@@TheGracefulRogue yeah, I think it's mostly Z and Super they focus on first, but their are still characters from both they wouldn't be able to include with only 164 slots, like most of the ToP fighters, some of the lesser fighters in Z as well like Yakkon and Puipui, also filler characters like Pikkon. I would love to see DLC to have every major and lesser characters from OG DB all the way to GT I want characters like Bora with Uppa, Giren, Bandages the Mummy, Buyon, even Ledgic and Lord Lude would be cool to play as.

I would like to see Ledgic in this game too. I haven’t seen him in a DB game yet. Except maybe Legends but Mobile so🤷🏾‍♂️

Fr we got dbs movie characters cause super hero is confirmed but I need my z movie goats. Z broly, Hirudegarn, janemba, bojack, pikkon. That's to name a few.

I’ve been playing that in preparation for Sparking and it is a blast. They even added some additions to some story missions and music changes while still keeping a lot of the original content in.

Could be Toribot or 21 whose been in a Fighting Game but not a BT game, could be Zahha, Shallot, Giblet, Shallet or any of them in their forms as they've been mobile game locked, could be anyone from Super they wanted to lock behind pre-order like Zeno-Oh or a Daima/DBS:SH character

Toribot would be very cool and a nice tribute to Akira

It will be a long while before another anime game tops this game and sad part is it’ll probably be another DB game that tops it.

Yeah, unfortunately that’s true. One opinion of mine over the years is that when it comes to anime games if you’re not DB or Naruto (on occasion) the game just doesn’t seem like it gets that much love. Like look at JJK Cursed Clash. That still kills me to this day.

I wouldn’t say far superior even though I do have a bias towards GT cause I did enjoy it more.
