i literally had a fever dream recently where i was playing a version of fh4 that could be mixed with other versions like fh2 and fh3 and the map was identic yet some buildings and decor was different

Loved Horizon 4, still play it more than Horizon 5. The game is simply stunning!

I haven’t played FH4 since the release of FH5, but I do recall there being a method of which I got my car out of bounds in Edinburgh with a little help from friends. After some careful navigation and the help of photo/drone mode, I learned that it was actually possible to drive on at least one of those bridges! Was a pretty neat thing I found

the disappearing trees are probably level-of-detail variants and just dont have any variant for when the player is near them

Ah, good old FH3, where the spins actually mattered because they weren't filled with player customization crap (yet), and the map was (and still is tbh) stunningly beautiful! At that first game crash I truly felt it mate. Thanks for the effort, great vid!

I assume that we could've been able to explore these areas at some point before the game released but I guess PGG thought that what we had was plenty.

I like the fm4 music you have there, just wanted to let you know that if you have a pc i have a copy of FM4 laying around so you can play it on pc.

Awesome video! Incredibly unique Idea. I was kind of assuming you were going to abuse how the finish line works for blueprints. As if you create a custom blueprint race, The game will place your car in front of the finish line. Therefore upon respawning in the main map you can clip through walls if used correctly.

imagine if the map devs was'nt so lazy... the game would have ran SO much better

some parts of the map disappear because they're not fully rendered + the map was a rush job 6 years ago and some parts of the map felt unfinished.
