Okay I seem to have missed that gun on 7:27, it's okay, water under the bridge. I really wanted this game to work as I enjoy the visual style they went with a lot, reminds me of the fresh greens and blue of the Rook Islands in Far Cry 3, though I'd argue that C215 also carried Far Cry 4 with those portraits he made of the game's public figures around the world. The visual style and saturated colours of Far Cry New Dawn makes it very beautiful and differentiates the map from Far Cry 5 even though they are the same, the fresh coat of pain makes the experience worthwhile. The villians look amazing but could have done something deeper or creative with the story to be more menacing, not only that they're black twins out of control, Far Cry games have been carried by psycho villains since Vaas and most have not disappointed even when in FC4 the villain is not really even a villain. I really hoped they go harder considering it was the first time casting a black one, and females at that. Their characters are understandable that they've grew up with power since kids and are used to yes men, but they should've carried this more than they did in my opinion. There is nothing much that is different from the other games besides certain mechanics like crafting weapons, which makes it more of the same as all other Far Cry games except with a different story and location, it only stands out in a manner that it is perhaps the only game in the series that is directly connected to the events of the previous.
