It’s very interesting that you mention that when you accept yourself there’s almost an expectation that certain emotions like anger or rage should not arise. This has been a stumbling block for me, now I know that it is natural sometimes to feel these emotions and express them, to not repress them. They are emotions that arise when we don’t agree with a situation or person and it is best to walk away and return to our center. Feel it, acknowledge it and bring ourselves back.
