De La Gente Coffee Tour - San Miguel Escobar, Guatemala
It's been a few months since we last posted from the trip, but we're very happy to be back! In this episode from Guatemala, we take a tour of a few coffee farms from a co-op outside of Antigua in the small village of San Miguel Escobar. The village and farming plots lie on the slopes of the huge Volcan de Agua. The entire process of growing organic coffee is described to us from seed collecting to grow new trees through cultivation and harvesting of the beans. We also get to see how coffee has been processed traditionally in Guatemala into the drink we all love.

Also if ya dig and enjoyed this video on Guatemala which is such a beautiful country and people and thanks for posting this 😀 you may also enjoy the song " Most of All " By Glenn Kaiser and Where Roses Grow Live by Rez Band Awesome songs check them out. Also I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and a good question to ask yourself if you were to die today would you go to heaven ? And if yes why ? To find out more please read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on UA-cam. 😀

😂🤣Love how Xmas was spent. My favorite Xmas of all time: the hubby and I spent Xmas 2020 paddling the Everglades Wilderness Waterway. With swamp and ocean and alligators and crocodiles and manatees and dolphins and sharks and lotsa birds, oh my! It was fantastic! Also feeling synchronicity again: we live near Durango; grew up in AZ. Highly recommend y'all do some off-roading near here/Ouray if you haven't yet.😊 The CO Rockies are magnificent!😍

Love your channel, you guys win so far. I'll be travelling down/up Baja from CO starting in a few weeks. Solo, except our 80# mastiff mix. My husband "would be more comfortable" if I take our 2015 Taco. But a huge part of me really wants to do it in my 2013 manual Volvo C30. Y'all are convincing me to take the Taco. But I'm wondering if that should just be for when he and I go together?🤔 You all adventure/camp like he and I do.❤ Would love your advice. Tough life choices here, obviously.😂

I'm surprised this video didn't show the next hazard after the one at 13 minutes. Made it through it the 13 minute problem, but about 1/4 mile or so past that it was too steep & I just spun wheels so I turned around. I eventually ended up camping at Maze Overlook.
