Hi, I am Noah Quezada, a registered dietitian nutritionist and owner of Noah's Nutrition. Here, you will find educational content on nutrition, recipes, meal planning, macro tracking, weight loss, muscle building, and more. My passion for food and lifting weights started over twenty years ago as a 135-lb high school senior looking to put on some muscle. Fast-forward twenty years, and that interest turned into me becoming a dietitian who is still obsessed with bodybuilding. The goal for this channel is to share my 20 years of experience and expertise in the world of nutrition, and lifting.
