    Interesting to see the uptick in outbound now that folks don’t have the luxury of sitting on a pile of funding. There’s a lot to learn from the bootstrapped crowd - you have to do outbound until inbound support your desired growth.

      Yup. Do what drives revenue now and plan for what will drive it in the future. Outbound gets a bad name, but if you can make it work and you build a business on the back of it, nobody is going say you're doing it wrong. The uptick seems driven by the ease of reach with so many tools making it easy for one person to do almost all the outreach.

      Hi Paul 👋 most of the time yes, we sent swag to everyone who left a review during a stated period of time. Socks were a winner, but so too were tote bags, water bottles, mugs... Have a bit of fun with the design and test it out. /Peter

    As much as we try to keep it 'fast and dirty,' last year, we unleashed some creativity and worked on our Apptoberfest 22 submission. Only to realize the voting system allows partners to vote on their own videos and we were smashed by the competitors with bigger teams behind :(

    Great stuff Pete and thanks for letting me know what you do and what to expect from the channel. I know its basic, but would love a 'what is a marketplace partner' or the other role you mentioned (business partner?). I have a cyber education and consulting business and am not sure if it even makes sense for me to explore this marketplace as a business enabler. Look forward to the upcoming content and with all your knowledge and experience I cant wait to learn more.
