Excellent video. I remove the trim and if you cut something just a hair short it won't show after you put the trim back on. Do it yourself and admire what you did. You must not be in a hurry or you will get frustrated 😊

Listen love try this way get your peice of paper cut to size of tile cut little strip s down then offer paper to the base of the toilet the paper will be more flexible to draw around When done put on a tile and copy on tile job done 😂❤

Let me give you a tip when using the paper to trance the edge of the toilet base . cut small strips down the paper uou sre pressing against the toilet base it makes the paper easye to to draw along job done sweetie 😁

Is it because of the patterns on the tile that the tiles need tobe in the same direction? Also, is there any chance of water getting in-between and under the tiles?

This was a great tutorial. Instead of removing the whole toilet. Wouldn’t it be easier to spilt the tile in half? Or did that way not fit either?

Be better with factory edges meeting - cut edges around the edges. Excellent vid - thanks!

You're doing it the hard way. You can always just grab a multi-tool and saw underneath the molding to make a gap while enough to shove the tile underneath. You can use a scrap piece of tile as a spacer to make sure you saw at the right height to fit a tile underneath.

I'm looking at 24in cabinets to put above my desk and your video helped for reference! These look great and your ceiling trim is amazing!

Maybe I missed something. Saw nails going through the cornice but surely you forgot to use adhesive to fix it the wall/ceiling. Doing the job without and you're guaranteed to end up with crack along the joints.
