Did my d&C Saturday it was painful lost my baby at 9 weeks was waiting for to year but God knows best
I have my procedure Friday
So sorry for your loss, thank you for sharing your story! All of us need to talk and share and grieve together ❤️ I lost my baby at 10 weeks, and am scheduled to do D&C this Thursday. What medication did you take for pain? Did they give you something ahead of time or did you just take OTC NSAIDS? I have some leftover ketorolac (only a few pills) but now I'm worried it won't be strong enough. I try not to take anything if I don't need to. Also, are your cycles back to their normal 28 days? Thank you!
Setbacks happen sometimes and life gets in the way, I'm glad you're still driven to make a change, don't beat yourself up if you're set back a little cause there's always gonna be an opportunity to get back on track. Sorry if none of that makes sense 😂😂 Keep it up 💪

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s so hard. My D&C was today and I was getting really nervous because I walked up and down the stairs just once or twice and I felt like what I’d imagine being punched in the gut several times feels like. What you described was very helpful and calming for me. I took the meds and I’m going to sit in the bed and make use of my heat pad.

Definitely! I see on video the mistakes I was making and I’ve since had my coach show me how to do it properly in order to protect my shoulders. (This was a few days ago) I’m doing this with lighter weight and focusing on form from now on. After 9 shoulders dislocations I just need to be extra careful.

I had 2 miscarriages in past & the d&c was very painful each time & I don’t remember getting anything for pain while they did the d&c plus I bled really bad after each time it was worse than I had expected
