It's been a year. Have you checked the bolts to see if they are as tight as they were when installed? If not consider putting a lock washer under the nut or using a drop/dab or two of blue locktite to keep them tight. A nylock nut as suggested earlier will work too. Pounding on the vise or bench can have a tendency to loosen the bolts. A lot depends on the type of work you do on the bench/vise. Thanks for posting.

it defeats the purpose to completely clean the dishes before loading. I rinse all the dishes prior and it still leaves stains in the spoons and other larger utensils. I had a Miele in my other house and it was the best.
