100 DAYS at the GYM! (A Beginner's Journey)
Last year, I went to the gym for the first time and kinda went viral on Instagram for it--recently, I finished going to the gym 100 times this year, and so here are some of my thoughts on the journey thus far.
Thank you to everybody who watched my videos and supported my fitness journey! I'm very grateful to you all.

How to Calculate Total Likes and Watch-Time on Instagram!
Переглядів 962 місяці тому
I created a website that can calculate aggregate analytics on all your Instagram posts because while Instagram allows you to view insights for individual posts, it does not have a view that sums all your posts together. And so having made the tool for myself, I wanted to share it with everyone else here! All my code is publicly viewable on Github to ensure transparency of no malicious practices...

Hearing you do a squidward cover over a shing02/champloo was probably the biggest laugh I had in the whole video 😂
I love that feature. Makes it more fun rather than frustrating
Mone Kamishiraishi!
Is she the actress in “An Incurable Case of Love”?
This is a truly remarkable video. I know from experience that being unemployed can cause one to feel useless and question if you have anything to offer, but at just 30 minutes into this video I'm already stunned at how thoughtful, well organized, engaging, and intellectually + emotionally stimulating it is. Whatever employer you eventually work for will be lucky to have someone capable of such brilliance and creative insight.
I just got done with this video. I give it a 9/10 because you did a really good job with the clips the music the voice over and showing your progress in your work. I like your thesis and your main points. the 10/10 would be really hard to get to begin with but some pronunciation errors make it a little hard to enjoy fully. That is mostly because I am an English teacher though so I understand I am not the average viewer. I really do appreciate all the work you put into the video though and you did amazing.
you sound like nardwuar and thats a little off-putting for me personally, but you put a lot of work into this video so i will watch it :) also its stephen spelling but said like steven, im not sure why people do that but stephen is usually a UK name said stephen but in america its usually steven for how its said. english is annoying.
37:25 fun fact: Where I had grown up, Disney was 45, Nick was 46, and CN was 63. Fairly close to yours apparently! Much more relevant, watching this has been a blast, the way you explain things sounds much like me explaining things I like to myself with all the repetitions and distractions gone- kudos for any cutting and trimming you had to do to get there LOL! Great video and great work!!
I am not a absurdist, but it's a beautiful perspective.
Objectively wrong opinion respect lost 1:46:48
What if Rocky was actually a snail covered in dirt who was too shy to appear at first but when no one was looking he went to the finish line and won? 1:03:35
The reason I hate Jellyfishing so much is how many times Squidward is hurt. Some of it, like 4 times is fine, but count how many times he got hurt in that episode alone and you've got yourself a problem.
that squidward rap was fire actually
Where is this?
The three heads played by just one guy in nothing but his underwear was both hilarious and very creative. I expected hm to have black robes or something on but that was a welcome comedic surprise
video starts at 42:19
It would be illegal for me to see a 2+ hour SpongeBob video and not watch it...
You talk a bit fast
Unique&Class,one of a kind.
16:29 dude omg slow down you’ve done so much analysis of the series already lmao this is the third time you went to the wiki to get a new statistic, discovered it wasn’t there and then did the legwork yourself and there’s a lot of video left!
I already liked everything about Akira, but after watching this I love it even more! I can see where your takes come from and the final message is very powerful, great interpretation! From my experience watching and reading Akira I also believe that one of the most important themes that it touches is the struggle for power, how humans react when we are shown or given set power, everything in Akira is a struggle of power; the army trying to maintain control and hiding Akira from the world for maybe giving him use in a future, Nezu and the resistance trying to get a hold if him, the Neo Tokyo empire using the kid to build their cult to his image and their army of fanatics, or lady Miyako who aspires to kill Akira himself, ending once and for all his influence, when dealing with a work like this every point of view is worth taking into account!
Omg 😨
Reign of assassins, brah. Her fight sequence in that movie is also superb
FANTASTIC essay, replayed as soon as it ended. The film and manga's own maximalism is a testament to the magnitude humans can create. People actually animated that film frame by frame and beforehand, someone storyboarded every scene, painted or inked every background, and THEN someone drew every frame, then someone painted every cel, only for someone to compile every cel. THAT MAXIMALIST FILM! It *had* to be that meticulous and detailed. We would not comprehend its emphasis on our ability to create the same if the film was not made at that level of quality. 💜😍
This is the greatest spongebob related youtube video ive ever seen. Despite always loving this show since i was a kid, i never thought of it as a show you could analyze on a deep philosophical level like this, i always just thought of it as a quirky, funny, and clever cartoon that shouldnt be taken too seriously. But you really did a great job pointing out how much depth there is to the characters, writing, and themes of this show. Now I wanna rewatch the first three seasons again for like the 20th time with this in mind
Forgot to include the "i guess he just doesn't like you" in emotional damage by the seabear, the idea that not only was he repeatedly beaten, but that he was specifically single out by the universe and this might have been the one instance where it's inadvertently admitted to him, i world consider to be pretty emotionally damaging 🤷♀️
Swing Girls is a cinematic masterpiece ❤
Watching Theatre like this is one of my dreams, i really hope can watch it at least once before i die ^^
Cat bus or better busstop???😂
This video is a vibe lol
This is proof that stageplays are far better reinterpretations of old animated movies than any live action remake.
OMG please come to Melbourne!
When they will come to France ?
So much rumbling.
19:17 nujabes spotted
This is really good editing
I want to watch this with my wife so bad now
Been watching your spongebob stuff and now your a gym bro? Keep working hard homie, we only get stronger from here 💪💪
This was so awesome. Makes me so grateful to have grown up on this timeless show. Your work is incredible
You better have got an A bru, this video essay was amazing.
I have never cried to a video before but this one had me sobbing.
Absolutely fantastic video, i hope your channel gets the attention it deserves
This intro longer than the gregtech early game
whats with the wide ass nose
Why was this the most emotional video essay I’ve ever watched, my heart and soul belong to this video
I like how well researched this video is
I feel like it’s a big wrong to label going over every Squidward episode while deciding to only count the first 3 seasons
goddamn Akira s been my favorite movie ever since my cousin played it for me on vhs when i was a child. I've spend hours talking about it, months reading about it, and years thinking about it, and this is the single best analysis I've ever seen. wow. this is incredible. thank you
I don't usually like this sort of content, I like analysing shows, but usually I stick to the comedy related essays that aren't serious, but this guy is so jolly it makes watching fun.
in the compilation you counted the first bubble bass throw but not the second
