The all new X-Series distinguishes itself from his predecessors being an all Carbon cue. In this video I test the exterior of this fine art of technology, and of course, how it plays! Let me know in the comments if you want me to answer any of your questions to this cue! This video is powered by Cuetec! Thanks so much for the ongoing support! This one seems easy. And it actually is, but it includes many shots and positions which come up in rotation games on a regular basis. I’ve noticed. The more I play, the more I have began cueing like filler. His stroke is sooo consistent. As someone who does not practice nearly as much as some people, consistency is at a premium.

    You have to make your stroke smoother if you want to perfect this drill. This requires a longer stroke, hitting the cue ball lower and more softly. If you jerk the cue during your stroke, you won't be able to stop the ball perfectly with any consistency.

    I have SVB Ghost edition... I have three true wood with leather wraps... the Ebony, Lepord, and Walnut. I also have the Breach break cue. I have a great desire for the MappBurel. These newest cues don't intrest me in the least... for 1 reason... they are NOT appealing to me. I do like the Carbon Shafts... I own 4 extra for all my other cues.... 5/16x14, 5/16x18, 3/8x10 and Radial. Besides these newest ones... too expensive !!!

    Most anything with a carbon shaft plays the same, the only difference being quality control varying from company to company. This biggest factor is the tip and ferrule combination and how it is engineered. I have a JF cue and imo its comparable to anything out there.

    • @pocketedyoutube
      @pocketedyoutube Місяць тому

      I would heavily disagree on this one (as many). I am not the most „feel“ player on the planet, but just being able to compare various shafts directly next to each other was eye opening. Had the same opinion like you, but had to change my mind. Different shafts from different manufactures play quite differently

    Cuetec has always been known to be a company that sold cheap $100 cues. About the same quality as a Scorpion cue. It's a nice case but it would be embarrassing to have Cuetec on a case. Just because Shane uses Cuetec doesn't mean it's not a cheap piece of junk
