Fred I live in Winnipeg where Mr.Pogue ..also lived..I tried to make contact with him in 1985 when he was in a nursing home but never got the chance..fun fact is they used his Carb during WW2..on American Tanks in Europe..to extend their range.. after the war all the carbs were removed before shipping the tanks back to the US..I think they were attempting to hide his work..p.s.You can find a snapshot of Don Garlits..holding one on the internet.. and like all great inventions they are hidden away ..keep doing what your doing and good luck..thanks for sharing the video

A guy fron Drummondville Québec made a Vapor carburretted Oldsmobile 442 . . Like the one in lift truck. . . You can run them on Propane, Liquid or gazous . . He said that he gets more then 40 mpg with all power normally availlable . . He would heat up the fuel in a vapor can like you do. . .. . .

Please can you tell us the engine size of your Ute, and the size of fuel pipeline's in and out and is there any run off pipes for air etc And how big the vapor tank is etc. I am in Australia . I am 53years old and seriously need to did this to help. I have had two fuel injection car I tried with but only had half working as computer would always make problems for it. Either using Vapor ( Heat or Vacuum) , Atomized ( Ultrasonic Transducers) , Hull Effect, Ogg and Etc. We can use Hemp to make Fuel !

I did this to my Riding lawnmower, I did the valve to adjust the air ratio too and it ran fantastic until the fuel got cold. I too shut my garage door. I couldn't believe how clean the spark plug was after an hour of running it. No doubt the motor oil would stay clean oil change to oil change. It's that clean. Did it 10 years ago but never came up with a decent fuel heater and you need to move the Timing a bit to prevent a backfire through the carburetor but the magneto is mounted not meant to change it. I built a backflash valve to stop it from traveling to the fuel. This lawnmower normally backfired occasionally when you'd turn it off, that's the only time it did backfire. Great video! You inspired me.

Cleaning out the carbon I think I have a hypothesis. So the pipes are colder than the motor and the motor is running 99.6% efficient. I bet the heat condenses in the cold pipes. Hell I'd love to shoot the exhaust with my ir spectrum analyser. Bet there's a good bi- product to get re-used. Even if it's just the waste heat to warm the cabin since you had to T off the heater core

something I commented onI might have a cxouple of suggestions that will improve your setup. My brother and his friend made a headgasket with four sets of platinum points equally mounted around the cylinder. It was layered in between the gasket material like a circuit board. So instead of firing from the spark plug it fired from each set of points. The platinum points had no place to hold any carbon build up so would not foul out like a spark plug. and firing the gas mixture with four sets of spark burned the fuel vapor quicker and more completely.(old airplanes had two sparkplugs per cylinder) Giving an increase of power with less fuel consumtion and less emissions. My idea to add to this is to reduce fuel droplet size thus increasing surface area of the fuel by using an ultrasonic mister which instantly vaporizes a drop of liquid to a finer mist than a carburator is capable of. This should also increase power while decreasing consumption andEmmisions. The reason you do not see this gasket method of spark on the market now is a sparkplug company bought their patent. Their was a drawback to the design they had not worked out at the time and that was that the gasket was thicker and you had to torque it down just right or it would blow the gasket. But this was 40 years ago and we have much better materials to work with now. I really hope you read this or anyone else . It could be an easy add on for cars well worth the cost for the increased economy and decrease of emmisions. Hopefully give a little more time for the transition to the totally electric cars that are coming. Jake The Snake Was interested in the gasket for his race cars as it would have been a huge advantage. So if you need an investor you might want to try him. It also goes to show how money trumps humanityand that big corporations (Firestone) are more concerned with the bottom line than reducing polution to save mankind. We really need to institute a crimes against humanity law for people like that and Big Pharma who suppress or overprice discoveries that benefit life.. Please send a comment should you read this. I like to think I am at least trying yo help.
