Great Episode... One Day...
Thankyou definitely 💯
Wow great video uluru looks amazing a very special place…we will see it in July on our trip looks spectacular! They refused me a drone permit saying we don’t allow anyone to use a drone in the NP so you just put it up for a few mins ? I don’t want to get into trouble 😂 I know the drone rules on the NP but I’m not flying 12,000 miles and not being able to throw my drone up for a few mins which would make our YT video better. What’s your advice ? Thanks guys lovely video safe travels 🤗
Hey there Neil Uluṟu is absolutely spectacular and one place that will simply take your breath away even more when you’re standing right there. You can’t fly the drone in the national park but you can outside of the park which isn’t that far away hence where we camped you could and that’s the drone footage that you seen. Mount Connor isn’t also in the national park so you’re free to fly your drone there. These details will all be in the paperwork for the permit. Hope this make sense as I know it can get all a tad confusing. Thankyou kindly for watching, safe travels on your trip to Uluṟu.
@ that’s great to know and yes it’s a bit confusing but will make sure we get a permit 👍🏻 yes uluru looks amazing we can’t wait also the olgas. looks like you guys had a blast it all looks so beautiful you guys are so lucky 🙌🏻 you guys have fun and see you on the next video 🤗 all the best guys.
Happy to help 🤗 The Olga’s are very different to Uluṟu but just as stunning as each other. Incredible to think how nature has its way to create these iconic pieces of scenery. Are you planning to do the whole walk of the Olga’s ? The views throughout the walk are incredible 🤩🤩 We are very blessed being able to live this lifestyle and will continue to keep travelling for the unseeable future, it’s the lifestyle we love so much as a family 🫶
@ thank you 🤗 yes its amazing what nature has done to form these massive rocks so iconic and breath taking views and the history of what they mean and are to the aboriginal people. We’re doing the walk around uluru…Im not travelling all that way from the uk to not see the whole thing…..not sure of the olgas I need to look at what’s there and how long these walks are so will look into the olgas a bit more. Yes you’re very lucky to live in such a beautiful country…..the scenery there’s just nothing like it we really can’t wait to come in July and get started. so you guys will be travelling with unlimited time to see the whole of oz that’s amazing so envious of you guys and the others I follow…..the sense of freedom must fell amazing! are you guys doing el questro station and the gibb river road ? stay safe guys and safe travels see you on the next one 🤗
Definatley pays to do your homework 💯 Endless scenery totally agree we are very spoilt and blessed to live in such a beautiful country!! We have The Gibb on our radar for sure 🙌🏼 Safe Travels also and good luck with getting things sorted for your visit. All the best you will love it 😍
Another spectacular episode, what an amazing rock !! My brothers and I were fortunate enough to be there when the rock was open to climb, we were only allowed to climb to the chains. ( can’t remember any of it but have seen photos of us, obviously I was too young 😉) Safe travels guys x
@@RobandKel92 Now that would of been very cool even if you didn’t remember it you can still say you did it 🤭 Still gives me chills when I watch 🥶 Just love creating these priceless family memories for us to keep watching back on when we wish. It sure was a very special rock that blows your mind when your up infront of it. This isn’t the end of Uluṟu 🤫 there will be something even more special coming up probably after the next episode.

Hi there John Absolutely!! Uluru is such a special and spiritual place, one that truly stays with you long after you’ve left. We felt so grateful to experience its beauty and significance on our stay there. Will definitely go back again and do it all over again. Thanks for watching once again 😉
Always a pleasure to watch and learn ...looking forward to next episode... lovely family ... stay safe john..
@ Thanks heap John your too kind. See you in the next episode.
Absolutely spectacular canyon and footage. Thanks for sharing x
Thanks so much 🫶 Kings Canyon is absolutely incredible and we’re stoked you enjoyed the footage. We loved watching it back too, even found a place we didn’t go. Next time for that one ☝️ Appreciate you watching and supporting our journey ☺️
Noice vid... One Day....
Thanks again for following along 😉
😍😍
By the way what months did you travel seems a little quiet...thanks
We visited Kings Canyon in June, which is peak season in the NT. It might look quiet in the video, but that’s because we filmed at times when most people had packed up and moved on, it’s just the way we roll. The park was actually quite busy, but we like to take it easy while we’re on the road and not rush to get up and do things unless we really need to. It’s all about soaking it in at our own pace.
@wheatlandwanderers thsnkyou for reply ... planning my lap ..just selling up at moment ... looking at vans etc ..will be a solo traveller... again thanks for all your videos ..spent last weekend watching all of them ... loving it 😍
@@JohnLagos-q1iHow to exciting. What vans have you been looking at so far? Are you planning a full lap? Heaps more videos to come so we hope that will give you some more inspiration for your lap. Thanks heaps again we can’t thankyou enough for following along 🫶
I'm thinking of planning as i go follow my nose so to speak ..as far as vans I've narrowed it down to 500..hahahaha..so many caravans out there ...but looking at zone rv,sunland, kedron, vibe, elross but all cost dollars..plus whatever I get will also be my home..I only have midsize ute (ranger 2022 bi turbo) so limited in what I can tow ... looking forward to next video... stay safe ..john
@ Sounds like the perfect plan! Take your time and you will enjoy it so much more. Good luck with the van hunting, yes so many great caravans on today’s market. Make sure you you get what’s right for you especially with the whole weights thing, it’s a massive part in todays travel to get it all right so your legal. Zone are beautiful vans obviously not fully customisable like Wonderland but a strong solid build. Will be interested to see what you go with. Till then keep working towards that dream 💭 Nice chatting 😊
You guys are awesome..keeping it real..and so informative 👏
Thank you so much for your kind words 🥰 One of the biggest goals for us is to keep things as real and honest as possible. What you see in our videos is truly what we experience, whether it’s the breathtaking views of Kings Canyon, the challenges of the journey or those little moments of joy we share as a family. We’re absolutely loving sharing our travels with you and it feels like we get to relive the adventure all over again 🙌🙌 Looking back at our time in places like Kings Canyon reminds us just how special this journey has been. Thanks for being a part of it and leaving us a lovely comment. Hope to chat again on our next video.
The very start of this episode was magical!! Well done on some seriously breathtaking footage ✔️
Oh Thankyou that’s so nice to hear you enjoyed it. It was longer than I expected so the Rim Walk above will be in the next video, now that’s breathtaking 🤩 even more than this 😍 Thankyou for watching ☺️
Thanks for the walk through. We had a game on how many times the word obviously was used 😉🥴😂
Our pleasure 🤗 we thought it may of been so as that’s one we seem to find we use a lot 🤣 It’s funny when you watch back something you filmed and you notice how many times a word was used 🙈
Can you keep the door open on latch whilst got the picnic table down?
Hello Paul You sure can no worries at all 👍
I agree with you, your van is incredible!! So much storage space and the colour scheme is spot on. Well done!! Lucky Cam being outside drinking beers and having a merry old time while you editing 😂
Thanks so much! We’re absolutely in love with our van, it’s our home on wheels with all the bells and whistles 🔔 ✨ As for Cam, he’s got the supervisor role down to a fine art, beer in hand, soaking up the sunshine while I’m stuck editing 😂 Appreciate your kind words and support 😉
Great walk through team ..totally agree with the quality of wonderland - we have the XTR1906 and love it as well. Thanks for the walk through , just awesome ... safe travels 👍
Thanks so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience with your Wonderland XTR1906. It’s awesome to hear how much you love it too 🫶 Wonderland really knows how to deliver quality, don’t they? Wishing you safe and happy travels as well and thankyou for watching 🤗
What a beautiful painting will be such a nice reminder of your time in Cooper Pedy. How cool finding some opal!
Yes indeed it will be just needing Cam to make a frame and get it up on the wall 😏
Wowsers what an absolutely breathtaking camp site you are at!!! Could you tell me where you got the velcro door dust cover from please? Thank you for sharing all your tips and advice😊
It’s was certainly very breathtaking here and remote just the way we love it. We have a local upholstery guy we have used for years now and he does such a brilliant job we just keep going back. Every van we have had he’s done stuff for us which is an absolute bonus. Thankyou kindly for watching we really appreciate it ☺️ Safe travels
Gosh such fascinating history! "White man's hole" 😂😂
Thank you, Coober Pedy definitely has a unique and fascinating history. It's incredible how the town's residents adapt to the harsh environment by creating these underground homes and spaces. It's a one of a kind experience exploring these "white man’s holes"😂🤣 and learning about the ingenuity behind them. So glad you enjoyed it. Thanks again for following along.
Interesting video! Enjoyed watching to such a no nonsense couple! Well done!👍
Thanks so much 😉 Glad you enjoyed the video. We try to keep it real, so it’s awesome to hear that came through. Appreciate you watching 🤗
Sorry that you got average weather on the Eyre, but that’s pretty Reyre😂😅😊
It’s was unfortunate but we will be definitely back again for longer next trip. Thanks for watching 🙂
How cool was that underground house!! Bet that was a real novelty. My family went to Coober Pedy in 1989 and I would love to get back. Such an interesting town.
Visiting Coober Pedy was an unforgettable highlight of our journey. The experience was absolutely worth it, even if it didn’t last long enough sadly 😪 Though it came at a price, the memories we made were priceless. The unique smell and atmosphere were unlike anything we’ve encountered before. The town had so much to offer, and every corner revealed something new which is why we extended our stay. We loved everything about Coober Pedy and can’t wait to return one day in the near future. Thanks for watching we really appreciate your support 🥰
Great episode guys! What a sunset over the salt lake 😍
Thankyou the sunset was simply amazing definitely have to return to enjoy this one more than what we did. Definitely need to stay a few nights here to soak in the beauty of the outback and another gorgeous inland salt lake 🧡🤍💜
Thanks for a Respectful and informative video of my home town
Cheers we appreciate you watching and thanks for your feedback 🥰 Your home town in such a spectacular place 🧡
None of the Mad Max movies I watched had any spaceships in them 🤔
Yes we realised that after we edited and posted this up I was supposed to correct it saying this spaceship was from Pitch Black 😖 Our apologies 😌

Another great one guys, what time of year was this filmed
Cheers for watching we really appreciate it. This was filmed in June.
Hi team, just came across your channel and enjoyed your episode One bit of feedback, when watching on tv as opposed to a tablet the music is too loud Looking forward to watching a few more 👍
That’s great we so much appreciate honest feedback, that’s the only way we can improve on our channel. In return sorry for that we are still learning (There’s so much to learn here 🤪) Was it just the music or the voices too ? Thanks again 👍
Looks fantastic and great vid. What month were you there
Thankyou appreciate you leaving us a comment. We were here in early June.
Great vid as always guys
Thanks heaps Podge we appreciate you following along on our travels.
Great vid guys how was the salmon
Thankyou for following along with us on our journey. The salmon was good but I agree with what people say it needs to be eaten fresh as we froze a very small piece and it never tasted as good as what it did fresh.
Camp spot looks amazing
Both were just perfect especially when this will be the last white sand between our toes for a while. Port Gibbon was just magical it really turned it on for us there 🤩 South Australia is such an underrated state and we will definitely be back for more of that and everything else it has to offer. Appreciate you watching and following along ☺️ Plenty more to come so we hope to chat again along our way.
Lovely Ep and spot and fish guys
Thankyou, slowly coming to an end here in South Australia but it’s been great to catch a couple of fish and enjoy the beaches here. Next time will definitely be for heaps longer and a different time of the year.

salmon have to bled live to get that blood out nice as salmon paddies or they are great to have smoked
We bled the salmon straight away after catching it. The blood that came out was 🤮 Tasted really good but smoked would be the go and salmon paddies, your making my mouth water yum 😋 Thanks for watching and leaving us a comment, cheers 😉
That squid 😍 bet it was delicious!!! What a awesome free camp too, doesn't get any better!
Thanks for watching 💞 That squid was absolutely delicious 😋 fresh seafood right from the ocean is the best!! We couldn’t agree more, finding a free camp with such an amazing view and fresh catch really doesn’t get any better. Hopefully SA keeps dishing up the seafood goodness with an added bit of sunshine before we move on 🌞 🙏
Can’t beat a squid feed!
You certainly can’t it was so dam delicious it didn’t last long enough. Still smiling from ear to ear 😊 The biggest squid we have ever laid our eyes on 😳
Cracker vid guys
Thanks once again we really appreciate your support on our channel 🥰 Enjoy your Sunday and hope to hear again from you in our next video.
I did castle rock in match. It nearly killed me but was so worth it
It’s a steep incline isn’t it but totally worth the heart rate going through the roof wouldn’t you agree. Views for days 😍
Beautiful scenery 😍 shame you didnt have the best weather, but good excuse to go back hey 😊
Already have it on the list for sure but given we didn’t even plan to site see that much of SA we’re sure glad we did now. So much more we want to do there so can’t wait to get our butts back there and enjoy more of what SA has to offer and hopefully in better weather conditions 🙏
@@wheatlandwanderers hopefully so, it certainly does seem to have a lot to offer!
We should plan a roadtrip together once we get the new van 🤔
@@wheatlandwanderers we always love a road trip!!!
Stunning !
It’s unbelievable at different times of the day. The colours are even better in person, one place you definitely want to put on your bucket list 🫶
Awesome guys
Cheers such a wonderful state will definitely be back 😊
get that boat in mate i want to see some fish
There’s tonnes coming up we promise but it will be more in the top end of the NT. Not long we promise 🎣
get that boat out mate you love it
If the weather was nicer we definitely would of 100% Our time there was jam packed so it’s also nice to leave something for next time given it’s not that far from our doorstep. It would be nice to definitely do some island hopping and some fishing out there though 🎣
I've past that turn of twice now next time i am going there
It’s always hard to fit everything in but if you get the opportunity do it that area is really beautiful 💙🩵🤍
where the gravy Magies roast meat is the best bying from some local butchers
Never heard of it where do you get this from ? Apple 🍏 sauce is always so good in our opinion but trying to behave on the road and watch our waistlines 🤭
Shame you didn't have the best weather, the Eyre Pennisula is a place we want to get back and explore more one day. Looked like a cool camp you stopped at.
Given it wasn’t on the list we made the most of our time in SA and said despite the cold weather we definitely want to come back at a warmer time of the year. It’s such a hidden gem South Australia with so much to see and do so we are positive it will draw us back again. The camp was like nothing we’ve ever camped at before despite the mice 🐁 issue they definitely didn’t annoy us on our stay there and we would definitely go back again if we can, so hopefully 🤞 it stays that way. Thankyou for watching guys we really appreciate your support on our channel 😉
