Self growth challenge: Become your best self in 21 days
It's challenge o'clock! Our focus for the next 21 days? Becoming your best self through finding habits that are going to create the most balance and impact in your daily life.
The reason I wanted to throw you a challenge with varied habits, is because we often get stuck in the same routines and rarely stop to consider habits that are no longer serving us or experiment with habits that could make a world of difference in our day, week, and ultimately life!
The idea isn’t to adopt EVERY single thing you try, it’s to notice what really creates the most impact on your energy and overall enjoyment of life and consider making space for that in your routine - after all, these habits will be best felt after consistent use (now we are just finding them)!

Hi Erika, love the style of your videos. I would just recommend one or two things that would really help your podcast to grow on UA-cam. 1. Uploading Shorts daily: You can so many GEMS on your Podcast that you can upload shorts daily with amazing insights. I noticed that your short videos are not getting the views that they deserve, if you upload daily it's going to help with this. 2. Upload daily on your personal IG: It might be easier to really promote your podcast if you upload the short videos on your personal and podcast instagram. There are definitely some simple video editing strategies that i would implement in order to accomplish this. 3. Turn your most replayed episode moments into UA-cam videos: I noticed that you are putting out some youtube clips. This is a great strategy, but it tends to work best if you use the most replayed sections from your most viewed videos. This tends to bring really good amount of views with no extra filming. Let me know Erika if these strategies sound useful. If you want me to help you with your video editing, please feel free to send me an email. Much Love.

I liked it! they said that "don't try to be nice with everyone". Sometime you have to be straight forward and let other know that what you are expecting for them. Though i have experienced disappointed bcause, of my more then needed kind behaviour towards other.😢 Sometime we have to be mean to be happy.
